Sony A7RV ARW Raw files (Patreon)

Download from Dropbox

I don't normally share ARW files, as I am unable to embed my full copyright data into the files, but I thought I would share 14 files I captured and used in my recent A7RV camera review. They could only be viewed in Sony's Imaging Edge application at the time of making them available as Adobe Lightroom could not recognise the new ARW files for many weeks after the camera became commercially available.
You will notice that some files may appear darker than the files used in my review. This is because I have used a negative exposure compensation in some instances to protect the bright highlights. In Imaging Edge Edit app you can lighten the darker tones using a manual +50 or +60 D-Range Optimizer setting. In Lightroom just start by raising the Shadows slider to +60

There are two files captured at ISO 5000. The files I used in my presentation were all taken from the JPEGs. I would have had high ISO noise reduction set to on. The ARW files will have had no Noise Reduction applied.

I will share more images from the review when I can convert them to DNG files.
