In this seminar-length video I offer support and guidance to help photographers see the relative merits of both APS-C and Full-Frame Camera Systems.

To simply state that Full-Frame cameras are better than APS-C camera will ignore the fact that building and APS-C camera system may offer significant cost-savings and provide the APS-C photographer with a smaller, lighter and more portable camera system. Bench-testing camera sensors clearly prove that modern full-frame sensors offer greater dynamic range and improved high ISO performance over APS-C sensors, but are these advantages always obvious when viewing images online. Can we tell the difference in all instances, or just in the rare instance where the potential for improved image-quality when using a full-frame sensor is required?

I personally have nothing to prove in making these comparisons as I work with full frame camera systems (both the full-sized and the compact systems) and also an APS-C camera system.
