Possibly but Izuku could also use the 72 transformations technique to become a 3 headed 6 armed giant or use some sort of technique to make his own massive avatar like in a lot of myths or cultivation stories. Just imagining him squish Susanoo with a finger of his own avatar lol.

Maybe a public chapter or two just to show it’s got a place. If there was a few of the public chapters and not a new one, I’d just assume it’s not ready yet. I spent an embarrassing amount of time questing for the story even thinking I got the wrong author.
