Yall should really bet on the matches vs the rounds. More unknowns if people will win their match vs the hero team winning the round as a whole.

Soooo in the manga, Yusuke's mom also went to the dark tournament. Also when the Narrator comes in towards the end of the episode, that's the signal the episode is about to end. There's a musical stinger with a long sustained note and then it IMMEDIATELY launches into the preview for the next episode. So you should be ready to cut it by that sustained note. This will keep you from being spoiled by the previews.

MrInuhanyou123 .

The fox girl announcer koto is probably unironically the best character of this whole arc along with Shizuru (kuwabaras sister)

The betting concept is amazing and great way for fun predictions I’ve never seen. I just want to give my feedback and say hope it continues.

When i was growing up this was "The" Tournament Arc another tournament arc I like is the one in Flame of Recca and WMA Tournaments are always good in DB

Kickinthescience

The most entertaining tournament in anime history personality wise has started

Betting is a genius idea for this part of the show, keep the good ideas coming.

This is the last time you'll see Yusuke's mother. From this point on her role in the manga is mostly filled by Kuwabara's sister. Also on episode 30 you should skip over the preview to check out the new outro.

dragon ball has 2 better, mha has a better one

Betting is a great idea, really emboddying those rich humans. Id suggest betting every fight- Here are something to bet on without spoilers - When the fight starts, bet who wins/loses or if its a draw. - Bet if the fighters live or die.

Gabriel Moreira

You have the right to be wrong, thats ok hahaha

Xonok

You guys should bet on every match, and also bet on the identity of the masked fighter. If you remember the Hunter exams, Togashi doesn't always follow the shonen formula.

PKKite

There are whole video essays on just this tornament arc and how it's a master class/influencer on the genre but you'll still have people come out the woodwork to try to drag it down lol

Darkman30

You guys betting with real money makes this reaction even funnier to watch. 😁🤣

#SundayRundown THIS! IS! IT! The beginning of one of the most famous tournament arcs in all of anime. You're entering the tournament that inspired other authors to try and replicate it. I cannot wait to see you react to these coming fights, as each fight feels almost like a wrestling match. You're legit gonna be invested in some of the forthcoming characters, even if they only are active in their respective fights. So buckle up and get ready for this wild ride. This is where the author truly started to his his stride.

I forgot this is also the tournament of terrible accents. I’ll never forget watching this in my grandparents house and cringing at Jerry Jewels awful Irish accent for the first time. It was so bad my mom came in to ask wtf I was watching comparing it to Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt’s awful Irish accents
