Man, uploaded QUICK! I’m curious to hear (if you comment) your opinions on the ghosts in the graveyard. I really felt they looked more like something from a 1980’s Ghostbuster movie, than a 2025 horror series based on one of the darkest novels by Stephen King. By the way, does anyone else hope to get It’s final form from the Novel?

Thankee Sai Surj, you have remembered the face of your father. But seriously guys, really appriciate the addressing of the comments. I tried to be more informative then ‘well actually’ with mine and I hope others were as well. And honestly if you guys want to get into how exactly Stephen king’s universe works, the Dark Tower series might be the best spot. It’s weird, western, cool, and is in the process of being made for adaptation now.

As Suraj mentioned, there’s real life religious mythology of a World Turtle, also elephants, and illustrations show both, so the pulled up image is probably that, not Maturin. But close enough I desperately want Maturin to appear. In the book one of the kids astrally meets him while facing IT and he gives him advice on how to fight IT. And he hasn’t been in any adaptation!

Quality comment. I just enjoyed a popkin. I'm about a hundred pages into Book VII of The Dark Tower. I cannot wait for Mike Flanagan to do it justice on the big screen. If they need somebody to play the man, it has to be Joe Hill. The resemblance to his father is striking.

Appreciate IT School. The Stephen King of TV and movies, Mike Flanagan, is doing both Carrie and King's magnum opus, The Dark Tower, as Prime Video series. So the lore will only go deeper.
