“does shigiraki remember a truck?” REMEMBER THIS SURAJ

Grifter

Pretty sure she died when her son was still young. You'd have to figure All Might was going for at least 30 years.

Ren Davis

It was nice to see Truck-kun make an appearance.

Meh

You guys basically said this but not quite. I think another piece of context in reference to Kaminari's faith statement is also that they were all kids who idolized All Might for the hero stories growing up. To the extent they were even alive during AFO's reign they likely didn't really understand how dark things actually were vs now having actually seen not just how much depravity there can be but what it looks like for ONE person to try and bare it all. Like Chris said it's that combination of growing up in real time and proximity to the truth.

Matthew Bowers

She never went back because all for one killed her

#sundayrundown i know no rundown this week but maybe you guys will revisit old comments, but in this episode lady nagant says “you can’t help but root for him” which is what Trent Crimm, the independent, from ted lasso says about ted in episode 3. this whole show is about what makes deku a hero not being his power or ability, but his heart and his willingness to help, i love the ted lasso shows us that this truly isn’t an anime ideal.
