I kinda suspect that the Native Americans are going to be forcefully resettled after a (short?) interment period; wildly illegal BUT this is Derry, the General seems to have carte blanche, and anxiety about WW3 is on the edge of breaking the glass. Human rights sort of take a backseat to all that fear. Reagan apologized to the Japanese 40 PLUS years after shoving them into camps?

As much as it hurts that my guy Phil is actually gone, I have to admit the writing so far has been genius. They knew the viewers would notice that we don't actually see Matty and Phil die and that they didn't rot on the cereal boxes, so we would start speculating that they would be alive. If it wasn't for that then this twist wouldn't be possible because the viewer would be 100% suspect when Matty comes back, but because they wrote it in this way it leaves just enough possibility that MAYBE Matty & Phil are really alive. Just to snatch that away with the reveal of their bodies. Something I also noticed on this viewing of your reaction is that Matty says Phil is alive "but can't move or speak." Well we see the reason he says he can't speak is because Pennywise ripped/ate his mouth off his face, which you can tell if you look at his body.... Completely devasting episode for Phil fans.

In IT Ch2 Beverly visits her childhood home and it’s now occupied by an old woman who’s dad is revealed to be Pennywise, or at least the real human whose form IT likes to use the most. Her name was Mrs Kersh It turns to just be IT in disguise again, so I thought it was all BS, but now we’ve got an Irene Kersh in the show and I’m pretty sure I saw the old timey photos of real Pennywise in an article or something before the show premiered

Did anyone notice the nurse in the beginning the nurse is played by Eve from Angel? I am really good with faces and immediately noticed her.

I was wrong about Mrs Kersch being a ghost but I am wondering if she’s a bad guy. She didn’t want Lily going into the sewers. If her father was the OG Bob Grey maybe she does empathize with Lily losing her father.
