Random Fun Fact: Tony Sirico, the actor who plays Paulie, was an actual mafia member back in the day. He served a sentence for extortion. Before signing onto the show he made the creator David Chase agree that Paulie would NEVER be turned into a rat. Him expressing his disgust with Pussy for being a rat hits even harder when you realize that was genuinely how Tony Sirico felt about snitches in real life. He really wasn't even acting in that scene. Funniest episode of the series next week. Already counting down the days.

This is a good example of people seeing what they want to see. Pussy's handler mentioned that he had been flipped in '98, so it is highly unlikely he was flipped during the flashback.

#SundayRundown I know you guys are watching The Office, so here's a cool little trivia fact that will blow your minds.... In 2011, NBC reportedly offered James Gandolfini $4M to join the show as Steve Carell's replacement. When HBO found out about this, they reportedly offered him $3M just to turn it down because they were worried that fans seeing him as the lead in a big network comedy series would hurt The Sopranos legacy. After Gandolfini accepted their counter-offer, NBC was forced to pivot to their next choice, which was James Spader.

I don't want to defend Tony's infidelity, but I do think there's a sizable difference between cheating after 20 years of marriage and cheating right off the bat. The former is a betrayal, but it tends to stem from mental issues like a mid-life crisis, while the latter is just straight up using people.

One of the best lines in all the Sopranos is delivered by a 6 year old kid, "F*ck You, Santa!" The guys reaction is also an all time classic, "oooooooh, HEY!" Next week's episode is a banger, you need a full couch for that one.

We really got blessed with back to back episodes with extras delivering the best lines. Last week it was “My pizza never hurt nobody!!” This week “Fuck You Santa!” 😆

Why do you keep doing this with the uncuts? Is there a good reason why you can't just start them at the beginning of the scene? Why do we have to wait nearly a full minute before we can sync up?
