I'd be really curious to hear Marketas thoughts on the german dialogue, is it understandable, does it have a strong accent, is it incomprehensible etc.

DnD Fun Fact!: All the spells seen in this episode, and actually the whole show, are actual spells in Dnd and pathfinder! 🐛 — Bug lady uses spells such as: Infestation, Insect Plague, Acid Arrow, Magic Weapon, Stinking cloud, and acid splash! 🔥 — Caleb uses spells like: Dancing Lights ( when he makes the floating orbs in the woods ), Catapult (he throws Beau), Earthen Grasp ( pins bug lady to tree), Burning Hands (his fan of fire when he… y’know 🔥), and Surprisingly, Flame Strike right at the end there! A 5th level spell! Good job Caleb!

I didnt know anything about Caleb but I knew I was gonna like him...a tragic backstory and fire magic. Sheesh I just get Roy Mustang and Zuko vibes on a even darker level

Even in the table top he gave that vibe with no context. Idk how he did it. I saw him and was like “oh yeah… he’s the one…”

What’s funny is you expect the Fire Wizard, Caleb, to be an Evoker Wizard (someone who’s specific field of study is elements and fire and attacking) But NAY! Caleb is actually a Transmutation Wizard! (Changing things to other things. Literally FMAB) There’s a reason… but 🤫

Something I haven’t seen people commenting on in other reactions is the moment he gives away his wrist band. That’s the moment he was someone different. That’s when he let go of his family. All ties to his family were lost at that point. We see him caressing it and fidgeting with it when he’s nervous and before he’s injected with the crystals. It was his source of strength. But he was bonded to the other kids through “shared pain,” as Molly said, and was willing to let it go. It was a manufactured pain specially made so he would feel comfortable giving up his family. Specifically so he could give away that wrist band… So he could find a new source of strength under Trent’s control. We see that pain wasn’t needed. They have like one stone in their wrists now and what looks like tattoos made of the crystal. It was all to make him comfortable with letting go of what he thought was right.
