#SundayRundown. Reminder: There’s only four special grade sorcerers; Gojo, Geto, Yuki, & Okkotsu. Naoya is only a first grade with a fancier title (Special-First Grade), either because he’s a noble or because he’s slightly stronger than other first grades. The reason Naoya was questioning why Choso had blood manipulation, is due to the fact that blood manipulation is a hereditary technique passed down in the Kamo clan. That’s also why he knew all about its abilities, except for supernova which is Choso’s original move.

Didn't care for the OP this time around, but I'm into the ED. Haven't read the manga so I don't know, but I like Chris' take at the end that they were all refering to Yuji. I think the "decendant of Michizane" is Yuta and Tengen is deliberately snubbing someone. More likely Tsukumo since she has a more established (but still unknown to viewers) history with the Jujutsu society. She even mentioned that she specificaly was being rejected.

Just a note, we already know from JJK 0 that Yuta is the descendant of Michizane. It's very clearly stated in the movie.

#SundayRundown Hi Normies, just wanted to mention that there are ONLY 4 special grade sorcerers: Gojo, Geto, Yuta and Yuki. Naoya and the other elder Zenins are essentially just first grades with a fancy title. Also, the difference between first grade and special grade isnt linear, its exponential. A special grade is MUCH more powerful than a first grade. A first grade sorcerer is just a really good sorcerer like Nanami. A special grade is a continent-level threat, or even a planet-level (this has been alluded to multiple times for Gojo). Yuta could have obliterated Yuji if he was actually trying to kill him. You can kind of tell who is a special grade by seeing how nonchalant the 4 of them are, as they seem unbothered by anything. They are essentially demi-gods in this world.

#SundayRundown - IMPORTANT INFO: Peak is back, lemme break it down on the 3 Clans and it’s long but I did my best to summarize. We got the Kamo, Zenin and Gojo Clans. Everything revolves around these 3 and their inherited jujutsu techniques. Zenin’s is The 10 Shadows Technique, Gojo’s is the Limitless Technique, & Kamo’s is the Blood Manipulation Technique. Megumi is the only living Zenin with the Ten Shadows Technique & during Hidden Inventory Toji made a deal to sell Megumi to the Zenin clan but because Gojo stepped in, the deal was stopped. Now that Gojo’s locked up(Free Gojo till it’s backwards) and Naobito, the current head of the Zenin Clan, is dead(Old fuck from S2 who had the 24fps technique), he made it in his will that Megumi is Head because it’s always the Zenin Clan sorcerer with the 10 Shadows Technique that becomes Head of the Fam, and that’s the same thing with both other clans and their inherited jujutsu techniques. That’s why Noritoshi Kamo, the Bow dude from Kyoto School with Blood Manipulation(Not to be confused with Brain Bish), became Sucessor of the Kamo Clan even though his mom was a Mistress and he was treated like shit(he was named after the Villain of this anime, crazy work). Also Brain Bish back in the day inhabited the body of a sorcerer named Noritoshi Kamo and committed heinous stuff, like impregnating a woman 9 times and aborting them, AKA The Death Paintings. Because Brain Bish is the father of those Paintings while inside Noritoshi Kamo’s body, Choso inherited the Kamo Clan’s Blood Manipulation Technique. Also Zenin family Tree: Toji - Son of the previous Head before Naobito, and Megumi’s Pops Jinichi - Toji’s Brother Naobito - Toji and Jinichi’s Uncle Naoya - Naobito’s Son Ogi - Naobito’s Brother, Maki & Mai’s Pops and Naoya, Toji, and Jinichi’s Uncle Maki and Mai: Ogi’s Daughters, Naoya’s cousins, and Megumi’s Second Aunts

I generally agree, but special 1st grades are more than a fancy title. Your average first grade isn't beating up on a Special Grade Cursed Painting like Naoya was (initially) on Choso. They're a special kind of elite. Their techniques just aren't effectively limitless (no pun intended) in potential (absorbing curses, near-endless cursed energy, limitless+six eyes) or continent-ending like you said.

Ok. So, no spoilers. Here we go. One: Y’all really don’t want to go there, but fake Geto IS Yuji’s mom/dad. FG only swaps with a corpse ( especially if they have an interesting technique). Remember, Real Geto died and JJH didn’t dispose of the body safely. So, yeah Kaori died and FG took over her body did the nasty and had Yuji. It’s all there, but it’s not clear. Second: the descendent is Yuta. First mentioned at the end of the movie. That made Yuta and Gojo distant cousins. All right. See? Nothing was spoiled. Continue on and you guys are great.

Oh, and the Zenin clan don’t have any special grades in the family. They have made up the “Special First Grade” rank because it makes them seem bigger than they are. Because, given what you just saw of them, of course they would. Again, love you guys, keep up the good work.

I mean thats not true lol, The difference isnt as great at you made it seem, There is literally someone who isnt a special grade who in certain moments basically a special grade, there are some special first grades that the only reason they arent special grade is like 1 limit holding them back, there are a couple grade 1 sorcerers who in the right conditions on the right day with perfect use of their ability will match special grade output , the reason they arent again is because they cant do it indefinitely , theres another character who was almost made a special grade do to his potential

That is information that hasn't been shown in the anime, but I dont want to confuse them more. For now we are going with the definition that a special grade can take down entire countries.

well tons of comments contain stuff that hasnt been shown, i aint say names, You told them something that was simply false, theres a gulf in between grade 1's and gojo yes but theres a gulf between gojo and everyone realistically, but gojo goes far beyond the special grade criteria to the point it doesnt even make sense to have him in the same grade as the others in special grade, its like in naruto saying "hokage is vastly beyond jonin" well yes and no, it depends on which kage you pick and which jonin you pick because if you measure it on kurenai vs Hashirama then yes, but if you base it on war arc kakashi vs tsunade then no

Yuji's conception is so funny cause you kinda just take for granted that he, as a high school student, was casually breaking Olympic records in strength (he literally chucked a shot put the distance of a football field like a baseball) before he ever learned about or unlocked cursed energy and every single character that interacts with him comments about his absurdly superhuman strength even in comparison to someone like Maki who is already physically superhuman because of her Heavenly Restriction. Even in Episode 1 Yuji's grandpa really wanted to tell him about his weird probably possessed mom and Yuji told him not to tell him and then he died 5 minutes later XD

Nah i looked it up, special first grade just means they are grade 1 but not registered by the school. It dosent mean anything at all about them being special grade or close to it lol its just grade 1.

#SundayRundown. none of the zenins are special grade. Special grade 1 just means they are grade 1 but not affiliated with jujutsu high school. Thats wy yuta beat choso in one hit compared to nyuya who lost to choso. The gap between a grade 1 and a special grade is like an ant compared to an elephant. The only special grades so far are gojo, yuta, yuki, and geto.
