Yeah we need to remember cooper isn't a redditor or someone in general who strongly links corporations with politics yet. He's still talking about communists and the red scare and all that. He's very much a patriot and from his experiences in the war, he's tunneled on corporations being terrible and skimping out on quality control for the bottom line but he's still fighting the war for the country. It makes sense he would trust the president especially when the idea of the handover was being introduced by the a woman he had to bail out himself, who he saw as good natured and trusting compared to anyone else (including his own wife, before it became more complicated) he's interacted with. This is the problem with house not being able to find out who the third party is, because i'm sure if he told cooper about the enclave, everything would be different but house himself, also didn't know at the time.

It's crazy that you said you think the Chicken Lover mixed a whole bunch of crap into the concoction that was given to Thadeus; because I suspect that might legit be the case. There was a creature deliberately left out of fallout 4 that was so scary/disgusting, the devs had to give an in-game lore reason for why they weren't present in the Fallout 4 location. If Thad's turning into one of THOSE things, I swear we need to move the camera way from him. Nobody should have to see him during the transformation, nor after. Goodbye Thad, I'm so sorry what you're about to go through.

LONG LIVE THE NEW CALIFORNIA REPUBLIC!!! I like that multiple characters have stated that the NCR are the good guys. I always side with them in Fallout: New Vegas. And based on the writing it seems Jonathon Nolan agrees with me! This suit of custom NCR power armor is completely new, that's not in the games. The helmet of the suit though is based off of the NCR Ranger helmet but it's a bit different. The cover of the Fallout: New Vegas has an NCR Ranger on it. Rangers wear body armor and a Cowboy Duster coat over their armor. It's a cool vibe. That one guy from lost and white lotus was wearing NCR ranger armor, that's basically as close to the cover art of New Vegas as we've gotten so far.
