Great choices but I still need Spencer to show the ladies a video chronicling THE GREATEST IN RING PERFORMER IN WRESTLING HISTORY so they can get the full context. And show the the history of HBK and Undertaker so they can then watch their 2 wrestlemania matches. (And yes he's my absolute #1 of all time so I am VERY biased when it comes to him. Lol)

The chamber match is a perfect one because of many reasons: 1st ever Elimination Chamber and this month being the Elimination Chamber PLE is an appropriate one to see. It'll also show the ladies a huge difference from today's structure to the past one, highlighting the danger that match was, especially since this one showcases the injury that HHH suffered as well as many of the spots being improvised on the fly due to the chambers releasing early or not opening properly. This match also highlighted Shawn in a great light since he returned in 02 from a career ending back injury and early retirement. Please for the love of all, also include the video package from this match with the Saliva theme, which is also a main reason this match is loved by all because of how hyped up the video package was to this match!!!

I voted for the hell in the cell match. Im sorry chamber is ok but to me if you want to introduce a new wrestlers it's better to introduce them in a one one one match. To me Bret vs Shawn at 1997 survivor series should take the place of the chamber.

Watching the matches is great but I'd recommend watching a video (many such on Youtube) that summarizes the awesome career Michaels has had, because its impossible to provide all the context for Shawn Michaels just from matches.

I thought this too but maybe either they just missed it (it happens) or they thought they'd first need to know a bit more about HBK and Ric Flair and their relationship and story etc. to fully "get it", knowledge they don't (yet) have, so they thought it best to not show it to the girls yet since it would just be like any other (very very good tbf) "normal" match for them? Lol.

Tough choice here. Most of the matches are better than the Elimination Chamber match (especially Angle-HBK and Taker-HBK), but they also haven't been introduced to any of the other talent in that match, so that makes it almost as fun. RVD and Jericho are some crazy wrestling rabbit holes too, especially if you eventually do some ECW stuff. Unrelated, but the RVD-Jerry Lynn series of matches in ECW helped turn me into a fan of wrestling.

While I do like the match, I don’t get voting for the elimination chamber. It’s not the best way to introduce HBK when there is 5 other opponents and if I remember right he was the last one in. HBK vs Razor would have my vote but it seems like it has no chance to win so I went Hell in The Cell in hopes it can pull off a win over Elimination Chamber

Tbh I don’t have a problem with any of the choices here. My go to here is the HITC match. It’s just that good. Elimination chamber? Well let’s just say not the best look for Michaels (if I remember correctly his gear was unfinished) but it might get the girls curious about the other wrestlers. Kurt vs Shawn? The girls will be so confused by the “You suck chants”… though tbh I wouldn’t mind then trying to figure that out Ladder match? A classic but I think they would be caught off guard by how early 90s it is

Idk if you've heard of the deadlock podcast but they react to and review old wrestling matches/segments they're wrestling fans but they focus on revisiting old stuff and seeing if it holds up etc but its mainly to have a laugh they're segment on that match is HILARIOUS

Ive seen heaps of comments and I agree. HBK needs to be a multi video series etc on his career like people have suggested the WWE legends videos etc. He's the greatest WWE wrestler of all time MR WRESTLEMANIA he holds so many records its not even funny and many many many firsts in the company. I hate to glaze but its Shawn fucking Michael's we are talking about here this man and cena were the reasons I tuned in every week growing up
