I love Megumi’s Ten Shadows Cursed Technique. It has so many different applications that can be applied for different tactical options. Watching him mix hand to hand with his Toad shikigami then finishing off the sequence with Max Elephant was amazing. And that Rabbit tsunami he created was so nice. You know they were led by the same one that flexed on Toji 😏 That chase sequence felt like a mini movie. And none of that was in the manga (as well as the aforementioned Megumi hand to hand Toad scene). Megumi is skilled enough to have a domain, but not skilled enough to lay pseudo-space on top of real space. It allows Megumi to attain another level of power while keeping Domain Expansion as the ultimate move in jujutsu that only a handful really know. This combined with Higuruma’s non-lethal domain, Sukuna’s open domain, and the regular domain that we all know really adds to the domain lore. MAPPA continues to be in their bag with the adaptation. Gojo must be proud because MAPPA’s skills are limitless 🥹 P.S. Takaba is low key a menace 😭 He truly doesn’t give a fuck and can beat ass with the best of them 😂

#SundayRundown To answer Chris’s question about Megumi’s instant attack on Reggie: Megumi can dip in and out of shadows. He did this in Hakari’s fight club to surveil and take down some of the guards. This is the move he did when he suddenly appeared to attack Reggie. It’s how he disappeared and quickly grappled Chizuru and threw him out of the building. It’s also how he stores his blade. He keeps it in his shadow. Reggie is indeed an incarnated sorcerer. And his full name is Reggie Star (Register) 😂

Reggie Star and the guy who blows himself up are both sorcerers from the past. Fushiguro figured it out since Reggie knew Kenjaku by name and this episode the exploding guy asked Takaba (GOAT BTW) what era he was from. In their little group Remi was the only modern sorcerer

He dipped in the shadows in season 1 during the Kyoto Exchange Event too! We've seen it that early. I think he pulled out Playful Cloud for Maki at one point. We even saw him figure out he could do it in, like, episode 8.

Megumi and Divine Dog Totality also appeared out of the Finger Bearer Curse’s shadow to kill it back in Season 1. It’s a basic move of the Ten Shadows and offers a lot more utility. But thanks for more information! My brain went to more recent examples as that was fresher on my mind.

😂 I know you're joking here! But I want to use your comment to point out that Megumi is actually being very nice lol. He could of easily killed her at any point but because she is a legit weakling and useful idiot, he's being really lenient.

That is some pancakes/waffles type argument somebody would have on twitter 😂 I do think that's the type of girl Naoya would be into lol. With Maki as an example, Megumi got high standards I guess 😭 Hell, even Nobara is a better standard. I can sum all his interactions with Remi into one phrase: girl, get up 🙄 I can't wait to see Maki again in general!

#sundayrundown There was a mistranslation on crunchyroll when megumi saves remi from the explosion and remi shouts at megumi for him to say that he will protect her, megumi replies with "you're all talk and no real action" which makes no sense bcuz the original line was supposed to be "there are trashbags like you who think words matter more than action, scum". Which shines a bit more light on megums character and his mindset. It was ok for netflix and ppl have been saying it was correct on some piracy sites too. So ig cru chyroll is js being crunchyroll
