#Sunday Rundown - Banger Finale to S3 Pt. 1. Gotta give Credit to Hiroki Tochi for voicing Ryu Ishigori(Pompadour Cannon) and Nana Mizuki for voicing Takako Uro(Sky Witch). Characters Tochi has voiced you’d know: Ginjo Kugo(Bleach), Estarossa(7 Deadly Sins), Heiter(Frieren), Maine(Cyberpunk: Edgerunners), Baek Yoonho(Solo Leveling), Chris Redfield(Resident Evil) AND SO MANY MORE. Onto Mizuki’s character’s you’d know: The Best girl ever, Hinata(Naruto), Lan Fan(Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood), Princess Margaret(7 Deadly Sins), Chirai(DBS: Broly), and Seiko Ayase(Dandadan). Again these are only some of their roles, they’ve been working since the 90’s and have done ALOT of roles over the years. Also, if you want some more JJK material to watch, I highly recommend Hood JJK by the youtuber RabSoPetty where he and his friends dub over certain JJK moments in the series, hilarious content for the Normies After Dork channel or the Normies X Anime channel…just trying put y’all on game.

Dhruv Lakdawalla: “I single handedly won the Civil War of Wa. I am Him 😊” Takako Uro: “I can turn the sky into a surface and have ties to the powerful Fujiwara clan through being a part of their elite assassin unit. All pale in comparison to me 😊” Ryu Ishigori: “I have the highest recorded cursed energy output and nothing can sate my hunger for battle. Get ready to be devoured 😊” Kurourushi: “I’m a powerful cursed spirit that Kenjaku let off the leash. I love the taste of iron! Feed me and my entire tsunami of cursed energy reinforced cockroaches 😊” Wuta OGOATsu: “Hold my beer 😏”

Easily one of the best animated anime fights of all time. Gonna watch this one over and over.

On top of catching w’s Yuta adding a shit ton of insane cursed techniques to his arsenal. Kinda feels like it’s leading up to the Grand Finale battle between Yuta, Megumi, and whoever else vs Sukuna

Ren Davis

Love how there are stages to the fight. With a character as powerful as Yuta it’s important to establish goals. It creates ebbs and flows as we see Yuta have to adapt throughout the fight. He starts off prioritizing civilians to wanting to hide his cards to having to reveal the card of Reverse Cursed Technique and RCT output (which only three characters in all of JJK can do: Shoko, Sukuna, and Yuta), to having to fully manifest Rika revealing his cursed tools and cursed energy storage alongside his cursed technique. And the sense of continuity throughout the fight was amazing. Yuta uses Rika to destroy the bridge and uses that same destruction for a quick escape against Ryu. And later on, Yuta showcases how easily he could have always dispatched Kurourushi by casually exorcising him with one touch before finishing off his fight with Ryu. The entire fight perfectly encapsulates why Yuta is considered second to Satoru Gojo. He breaks up a four way deadlock against extremely glazed combatants and holds his own even when handicapping himself. Yuji and Megumi are lucky that they didn’t end up in Sendai. Yuta is in a whole other league. All hail Wuta OGOATsu. We are not worthy of such peak 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Just thought I would mention that the English voice for Yuta did three voices this season. Yuta, Kirara (Hakari’s partner), and Jinichi Zen’in (the big muscley dude that spent so much time aura farming while Maki was being pinned down by Ranta’s Paralyzing Gaze). The actor is a trans woman and uses her vocal range to her advantage to play characters all over the spectrum. Y’all should give it a listen sometime. It’s truly amazing work.

Yuta using Copy was literally established in JJK 0 lol.

#Sundayrundown : The three major clans are 1; the Gojo Clan (Satoru is the only member we know and yuta is a distant cousin from the Fujiwara clan), 2; The Zenin Clan (R.I.P), and 3; the Kamo Clan (Their technique is Blood manipulation. We know that Noritoshi from the kyoto school is from there and choso is related to them by blood.)

Ren Davis

Technically Gojo said Yuta is related through the Sugawara clan. Not much of a spoiler but Fujiwara and Sugawara were rival clans and Yuta may be descended from both.

Meh

I need to rewatch JJK0 to see if they really express Yutta's technique as Copy. I remember him using cursed speech but I think they do it in a way that leads you to believe it's an ability tied to Rika vs his core ability being Copy.

Phil

This is extra funny because Marketa and Navi literally read JJK 0 on stream 2 weeks ago 😂

Phil

This episode is the epitome of why I consider Yuta to be a better protagonist than Yuji. Not just because he's strong, but also because of his ability to analyze his opponent abilities and apply what he learns to his fighting style. It honestly makes for way more interesting fights.

LJ

If im not mistaken, the pink naked lady calls her technique "sky" manipulation because she's from a time before the discovery of the space-time. Her technique absolutely is just space manipulation. Just like Gojo, unless you catch her off guard, the only way to hit her for sure is with a domain.

Katra

Be nice to have a watch of Vinland Saga with a new group before the new season at some point.

Ren Davis

Bit different in that Copy was never stated and the conditions weren’t set. Not to mention that the mechanics were different. Gege went back to the drawing board for Yuta’s technique. So I get why they didn’t catch it.

Phenomenal season. Still laughing at Cockrochimaru

Gamara204

We currently know Gojo, Hazenoki, and Uraume are amongst that list too

Ren Davis

Nah. I’m talking about RCT output. Only three people that can output positive energy generated from RCT are Shoko, Sukuna, and Yuta. Gojo, despite his numerous talents and glazing, cannot output positive energy. However, he is one of the few characters that has a CTR (Cursed Technique Reversal).
