Mick foley almost single handedly caused the death of wcw he was so beloved, Wcw thought they could screw over wwe raw because it wasnt live back then, they announced on their live broadcast that "Mick foley won the wwe championship so you guys dont have to turn the channel to see" and then millions of people proceeded to turn channel to watch mick foley win the wwe championship and then they never turned the channel back to wcw ever

They need ti learn about legends like Dusty Rhodes , the Four Horsemen, the NWO.i feel like like newer fans dont there was a section of country tgat watched and enjoyed WCWNwa more than WWE. Some truth was spoken in those promos. That’s what made it good. Mick Foley gave the fans everything. His blatant disregard of his body to entertain the fans was second to none. That’s saying something in that era. Also, I agree with Marketa about medical insurance should be provided to the wrestlers. Vince was slick. He classifies the wrestlers as independent contractors. They had to pay for their own insurance.

Yeah and I think sometimes it goes needlessly dark. Obviously its "darkside of the ring" but the idea was meant to be that its history of the industry that isnt discussed and finding the truth out but sometimes it feels a bit too sensational.

And to answer the former Punjabi Wasabi Navi question, I saw most of Foley's career from the early 90s until he left wwe. I watched this live on ppv my sophomore year of hs and went crazy over it.

Mick Foly is reason today's wrestling is lame bc wrestlers try to copy Mick Foly because they think he was all about just doing dangerous stuff and forget he was actually creative able to great different characters, cut great promos and be all around great talent. Some wrestlers today believe doing dangerous stuff will make them a star but they are boring in other aspect

Sting is somehow underrated these days. If is a shame as he was the most charismatic before the “the crow” persona, the fact his and Ultimate Warrior were just cool bros who owned a gym together in California…. Some dudes get to live the absolute dream.
