That just isn’t true. Rhaenyra up until this episode has done nothing but listen to mysaria and try to help the small folk. Nothing she did worked. That’s why she sent Mysaria away so she couldn’t continue to pour honey in her ear. She’s made a shit ton of stupid choices but I am also glad she is finally not letting people step over. With that said I am officially TEAM AEGON. The “I’m alive” was so fucking funny lol.

Surj did you completely forget episode 2 where daemon and rhaenyra sued for peace and let ormund live and leave? Ormund went immediately to takeover tumbleton. Ormund would still have the army and would still be wanting to attack. It would not have worked at all. Plus if Daeron is still alive he’s still a threat to Rhaenyra. Not to mention aegon now has sunfyre and aemond and will be looking for vhagar.

If aegon takes back kings landing Aemond is just going to go back to Harrenhal. Alys has to stay at Harrenhal and serve the lords of Harrenhal. That’s why she wants Aemond to become the lord of Harrenhal so she is not alone and not serving some dummy.

Rhaenrya speaking to the commoners and speaking in high valaryon was funny like yeah people know what you are saying. Daemon not accepting peace terms because he believes it’s beneath him he’s just a racist elitist sure he can fight but that’s it if he had no dragon it will have ended bad for him. He is a better fighter sorry bud, even Criston Cole's actor stated that Criston only won the fight against Daemon in S1 because he cheated and attacked Daemon when his back was turned. The also was an original fight (not in the book) and heavily edited to look a certain way because like you the writers also hate that Daemon is a fan favorite character. Hate Daemon all you want but at least be realistic with it, and remember "Six men or Sixty doesn't matter, he is still Daemon Targaryen." one of the greatest warriors and George's favorite character.

#SundayRundown man fuck the seven and the sept. Literally they are just as corrupt as everyone else but pretends to be above it all because their religion allows them to serve a "Higher" purpose. I smiled from ear to ear when the sept was killed and Cersei blowing the sept up in GOT is still top 5 scenes in GOT for me. I know I gave Rhaenrya flack last episode but honestly this episode she actually made me happy. It makes perfect sense that she snapped and she honestly should have snapped sooner and I wouldn't have blamed her, you guys forget she already lost 3 children because of this BS, and unborn child and her two oldest, and yet it took up to this point for her to finally allow the gloves to come off, that woman has the grace of God. We actually will never know what kind of ruler Rhaenrya would have been if she were allowed a peaceful ascension because it was literally stripped from her hands. The Greens started all this never forget, also never forget Aegon was watching children fight to the death in fighting pits and took pleasure in watching it and some of them were his own bastard children so nothing he does will ever make me believe he should rule or could be a good ruler, and that "I'm Alive" scene was cringe. Lastly Daemon wasn't shocked over the carnage, he was upset because exactly what Rhaenrya DIDN'T want to happen, what she asked him to make sure doesn't happen, ended up happening anyways, Tumbleton was reduced to ashes and even though it wasn't his fault, he still failed Rhaenrya and he's gotta carry that. But he did try so I can't fault him for that.

#SundayRundown Has everyone already forgotten what happened earlier this very season? Why would Daemon accept peace terms from a group of people who have already lied and reneged on peace terms few weeks ago? He made a deal with Ormund not too long ago and Ormund swore false oaths of fealty and then took over a town. Daemon would have to be a moron to trust them again. As far as he’s concerned it could just be a ploy for the Hightowers to strengthen and regroup before attacking again. All the while Ormund could keep up the chaos in Kings Landing too.

The Blackfyre Rebellion takes place after HotD & before AKOTSK. The flashback in which Dunk & his friend are looting bodies left in a battlefield is during the rebellion. Also Blood Raven is alive during AKOTSK, so an appearance is possible.

I love how at 66:16 (full reaction) a helpless animal goes on the screen and the sympathies are for that, but just a second earlier Chris points out the dead child, and there was no sympathy. I don't get it either Chris lol.

I think the visions she had were all independent paths that could have happened. All except the long night which makes no sense bc Helaena could never live long enough to see it. She also has Jahaera and presumably the next child with her while raising the chickens so there is no vision of her child being taken. I do agree the horse and carriage meant something because it's a defining moment for her. I believe she decided then to take her own life, after finishing he tapestry.
