The beauty of this movie is how it was written to use gravitational time dilation as a plot device. It also has a very awesome OST.

I would like to point out - One hour on Miller's planet (the planet with the big waves) equals seven Earth years. The ticking sound, which occurs every 1.25 seconds while they’re on that planet, symbolizes a full day passing on Earth.

Miller’s planet is one of the scariest moments of a non-horror movie I’ve ever seen. The silence in this movie is more effective than jump scares!

I don’t think it’s said but it’s assumed Edmund died pretty early on and Brandt carried on his work on that planet

Yeah it was never said how he died but he did get buried under rocks when you see his name tag on the rocks.

I met christopher Nolan (director) at NYC Penn station one time with my friend Emily (who majored in film BECAUSE of this movie), and it was so surreal. He was a nice guy and we didn’t bother him much but my friend Emily was speechless for hours. This is one of my all time favorites and it will ALWAYS be at the top for me

This is the second time Matt Damon has been stranded on a distant planet. If you ever book a interplanetary flight, ensure he’s not on it 😆
