So typical of The Walking Dead to completely play with your emotions. They make you think Glenn is dead for like two whole episodes, giving you enough time to actually accept it and grieve, only to pull a complete 180 and go, “Yeah, you just cried for nothing. HA GOTCHA.” Don't get me wrong i'm very happy that Tom gets some good news from the walking dead for once😆😆

I felt bad for Ron. Carl shouldn't have been there when he was learning to shoot. His father was shot in the face by Rick, remember. There wasn't any segment conveying all the things tearing his heart apart. So he's a 'baddie' now? Poor lad.

I love Morgan’s viewpoint here. There are positive outcomes for sparing people. There are negative outcomes for sparing people. There are positive outcomes for killing people. There are negative outcomes for killing people. Morgan did screw Rick over by letting them go, no argument there but at the end of the day nobody knows how things will turn out and if sparing as many people as he can prevents him from losing all of the progress he’s made to better himself then I say fair enough. I love Morgan’s character so much. It’s like he’s stuck between two extremes.

In Ron's mind though, people come in to his home town then one of the people kills his father, his fathers killer's son takes his girlfriend and he goes and gets all silly about it 😂 just joking. The alexandrians are just not mentally equipped to survive in this world. They just dont get it

if Nick's death is what allowed Glen to escape that shit show....would that count as redemption for him? I mean he was trying to atone for getting people killed by being a coward and Nick's last act, regardless of if you view as the cowards way out or not, did in fact save someone instead of killing them...

The scene with Rosita and Eugene always bothers me. Like, I get where she's coming from, but you have a very valid point about Eugene's current mental state. He's not just scared, he's dysregulated and overwhelmed by the events that have just recently happened, and from all the sensory stimulation going on; which is another reason why the sound of the walkers is distressing Eugene. He's probably still emotionally processing everything that happened, and being on the spectrum he might need additional time to fully process things to be able to calm his nervous system down enough to stay regulated more easily. But like I also said, I get where Rosita is coming from. This is a tense situation and everyone's odds of survival will increase if you train and mentally prepare to be ready for what you may have to face. And she probably doesn't realize that it's not just the fear of the walkers that's distracting and bothering Eugene, since to be fair, Eugene has acted cowardly before.

Ugh the Glenn death fake out was relieving but also sooo irritating lol. I, and I think others of the audience, hated that writing plot of faking out his death. Especially letting us grieve for a few episodes to say jk he is fine! So cruel of AMC lol. I am glad you got some happiness from TWD today Tom!

I also think saying "you should be afraid of living knowing you didn't do everything you could" is Rosita's grief about Abraham being missing / possibly dead coming out. Eugene has had trauma, but so have all the rest of them. Expecting that they can always deal with one another's trauma sensitively while not healed from their own is pretty unrealistic.

You have a valid point ❤️ which is why I said I can understand where Rosita is coming from in this scene. It still bothers me greatly though, but I recognize and know that the likely reason why has to do with my own personal experiences with people being insensitive towards my having AuDHD and how I think differently/process and how intense all my emotions are. I am able to understand, and even empathize with, someone reacting the way they are, even if I think or feel differently.

I've been enjoying the show until now but bloody hell I found myself almost shouting at the screen multiple times this episode. It is like a huge number of characters lost 70 IQ points overnight and almost everyone decides to do stupid things all at once. Maybe a bit of a hot take but it was almost unbearable to watch. Despite there being some good scenes.
