Red meat is a Group 2A carcinogen. Processed meat is a Group 1 carcinogen. I won't even get into the impact animal fat has on heart disease. Human beings are LITERALLY apes. The idea that a diet high in animal fat and animal protein is good for them is absurd.

So science is leftist? Karl Marx wants you to eat broccoli? Anyway, if I'm not mistaken the reactors were the ones who brought up the subject of what constitutes a healthy diet. And they've done it before. I like these guys and I like their reactions, but for their own sake I'm not going to hear once again about how "healthy" butter and steak are and not challenge it.

Stop exaggerating the science is very clear that red meat is perfectly fine and healthy if eaten in moderation. And if the red meat is lean then it's perfectly safe to eat on a more regular basis. High amounts of saturated fat are the issue. Not red meat itself. A balanced, varied and minimally processed diet is the key.
