Would never have heard of any of them had it not been for your channel. Honestly, the only name that stuck from your vids was Mr. Beast. Luckily, I misspelled it when searching for what he was about when you did, and I found Mr. Beat. Much more interesting and informational, especially in today's climate.

2/15. I got the “freebies” of Kai Cenat and Mr. Beast from Buckley. That does not mean I go outside more than anyone else, I just don’t use YouTube as an actual source of entertainment other than Buckley videos and music videos to listen to in the car. I never got into actually watching YouTube content. How I consumed Buckley’s content for years was listening to him via my phone while I worked, or drove to work, barely even looking at the screen. I was one of those people Buckley referred to years ago that only climbed out of my cave to listen to his content.

I knew of Hasan from a video about Reaction content that Act Man made, I knew about Druski because he did the cold open for this years SummerSlam in New Jersey (also my phone tried autocorrecting his name to Drake, which is laughably sad) and unfortunately I knew of Speed, and still laugh like a school girl whenever I see the clip of him getting absolutely destroyed by Bron Breakker at the Royal Rumble earlier this year

That's also a good question. What "influence" have some of these people had? Are there now creators copying them, or inspired to create because of them? Certainly a couple of them, but I don't think anyone's copying Jake Shane. One could argue Kai Cenat "influenced" a lot of people to give him money for his "Mafiathon" where he got a million paid subscribers (a lot were gifts from corporations but still, a LOOOT of money generated for no cause, just for Kai to have more money). But have they changed or added something to the culture? I don't think so.

Will watch later but I'm really happy to see IronMouse getting mainstream attention. She is someone all should know even if not into Vtubers. She raises a ton of money for the Immune Deficiency Fund each year. And I know Kai through him and IronMouse basically fighting for the top spot on Twitch for a while. Hasan because the right wing nutjobs hate him then he proved himself to be an asshat. Speed because he does stupid shit. Beast, unfortunately. And MsRachel seems like one of the most wholesome people who is never recognized by toddlers when out of character. Someone I wish was on the list, Jovan Bradley.
