Hey everyone, it's the 300th Bonus Dose Day! This is one I've gotten a LOT of requests for over the years to revisit, so I thought it would make a fitting milestone video. I saw Meghan Trainor live last year and she looked completely different. She was definitely smaller than she was in her heyday but she is skeletal and scary looking now. It was actually a pretty good concert, the tickets were free and she sang live the whole time.

Oh lord hope you don't make me cry here Buckley. I'm a fat old woman who has lost and regained 40-80 lbs a bunch of times in my life. I just turned to terzepitide pills (knockoff Zepbound) one month ago. Being fat is the thing that has bothered me most about myself since I was a chunky child. It really sucks and the prejudice is soul crushing. 3 deep breaths and off to the video I go!

I think the weight loss drugs are a great springboard to get people who are too overweight to properly exercise in shape enough to do it. Pair the two and it can get people on track.

I’m sympathetic with people who are obese, but still largely agree with your original video. It may be addictive, but it’s still up to you as a person to grow a backbone and make tough decisions to better yourself. That’s how I lost 52kg in three years - by making the decision to cut down and stop eating junk food, by making the decision to go to the gym and lift some weights. It’s hard, but it’s still a choice.

It may be, but I think the end goal is to just sell you the drugs forever. And nothing can really change willpower and diet (the two most important things, like there's no drug that'll make you actually want to stop watching TV and drive to a gym at 7pm and go spend an hour working out 3-4 nights a week)
