Dua Lipa is once again in the news for a lawsuit involving her image, but this time on the other side of it, as she sues Samsung after she found out that they put her picture on their TV boxes without her permission. Could this be seen as an endorsement of the product? Do they have the right to use her picture to try and sell TVs?
