Hey everyone, it's Early Access Day, and this week's video is an update of sorts to a video from a couple years back. If you thought Ozempic was just going to be a trend... it is most definitely becoming MORE popular, not less. Now, the people who use it? They might be getting less popular. Find out what I mean by watching this week's video!

Over the last couple of years, the popularity of GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and others have peaked as weights plummet. But it turns out even though 1 in 8 people are reportedly using weight loss drugs, the other 7 are making fun of them for it?! A look at a recent study that claimed people think Ozempic users are actually lazier, less trustworthy, and less enjoyable to spend time with than people who refuse to do anything about their weight! Plus... yeah, that Demi Moore picture is very real.

For real, after I had a baby, I got down to a healthy weight and some folk were like "wow Ozempic really helps". No I just took a lot of walks with the baby and didnt just give up on eating decently. I don't want to come down on moms and post baby body image but if you really want to get your weight back down, you can. Also you ever watch the British show "Secret Eaters"? They did the thing where they took people who claimed they had a slow metabolism, recorded them all day and presented them what they ate and how many calories and it was. Conclusion was always, naw your calorie intake matches your weight .

I’m not gonna say this well. I saw Dr. Robert Sapolsky talk about ozempic. He’s a neuroscientist. And he said what the research shows is Ozempic kills the desire fore anything. It makes you not want anything at all. It shuts off that part of the brain. Meaning, not only does it kill your urge to eat, it can kill your urge for anything. I’m sure I’m a bit off about that. I haven’t seen the video in a while. It was something like that.

Josue guzman

I totally believe Logan Paul, hes never lied about anything or even once tried to scam his fans 😂

Morgan Mason

You’ve always made fun of sports fans haha. Fav one was comparing “jocks” vs “nerds” and how they both play fantasy

Anhedonia is a known side effect of GLP1 drugs. I am a huge pothead, and have cut my intake by at least half. I have also lost 60 lbs in 6 months so honestly I don't care about the weed. So long as I am still interested in sex, it's all good.

Fiz Gig

Help me out here Buckley! I had finally given up hope that fat jokes would become passe. And now that I'm on Zepbound, I'm going to catch shit about that too? But when my Doctor said I was on a fast track to diabetes and fatty liver, I had to try something different. Being an old fat person, I probably lost and regained like 500 lbs over the years. And it is not easy for me, because I am one of the unfortunate ones who gets to puke pretty regularly. It's taking forever to adapt. Talk about you can't win for losing...

Jim Woodard

Holy shit, Demi Moore does not look healthy!

A Dose of Buckley

Yeah, and I mean I definitely have no issues with people who need it for medical issues. No "willpower" fixes that. But when you see someone like Demi Moore abusing it... let the jokes commence!

Fiz Gig

Absolutely. Demi Moore looks pretty boney these days. Sadly, her job and her looks are intertwined. She looks as if she has some dysmorphia going on. But her doctors will enable her, just as MJs doctor did to him.

A Dose of Buckley

Yeah but that was a long time ago. If they're walking around outside stadiums just to be NEAR sports? I gotta go harder.

A Dose of Buckley

I haven't but yeah that sounds right. Yeah people really don't know what they're putting in their bodies.

I lost 60kg the “natural way”… trust me, I *wish* I’d had access to Ozempic to have made it a less miserable experience with cravings and feeling constantly hungry. Anyone trying to lose weight? If they can, for sure, go for it. It helps. The only reason I still mock people like Meghan Trainor, Amy Schumer or Mindy Kaling is they were part of that “being fat is actually healthy” movement that tried to delude people into something objectively false because they didn’t have the willpower, but now have flipped once there was an easier ticket.

Ash Archer

In the words of Palpatine… do it.

I don't have a choice. I have to take ozempic to control my A1C. The side effects can be brutal to the point where you start to think that's how it gets you to stop eating. When I went up in my dose I had nausea and stomach cramps so bad I stayed in bed for almost a week and when I tried to eat I'd get sick and vomit. I had to go back down in dosage to be able to even keep down a bowl of broth. So for people who don't need ozempic and choose to risk the brutal side effects just boggles my mind.

Niki MG

As someone who has to take ozempic those side effects can be horrible. If I didn't need to take it I wouldn't. People are free to do as they like but given the experience I've had I wouldn't take it just for weight loss.

A Dose of Buckley

I think it CAN happen for sure, but she kinda had a conflicting interview a year or two later where she was like "Yeah, I got my nose and my boobs done, best thing I ever did". I suppose that's not to say the nose COULDN'T have been medical and then she liked how it turned out, but it does sound like an intentional cosmetic surgery.

Captain Bon Clay

Ah okay, I just didn’t know if you knew it was real, it’s wild that they let something that addictive and that can melt your nose be legal

gotta love it when people buy the lies that holywood actors have good diet and a lot of excersise to get that kind of physique, Chris was 100% on gear and the only person I would give any benefit of the doubt is Cavill since he is a bit of a genetic freak (compare how his family looks like to him) and he didn't look as if his muscles were full of air. If you have good genetics, diet, work out consistently for many years then you can get to 185-195 lbs at 10% body fat for average height. Cavill was tall and somewhere between 193-220lbs so it's a bit on the border.
