I have no idea. I mean, as I said in the video, they just let her off with a warning after literally catching her with an expired registration for TWO YEARS. No fine, no "you're not allowed to drive until you get that updated", just "ok here's your license back, have fun out there!" I do wonder if the cops know who she is and give her preferential treatment, but I feel like Austin is so full of celebrities that she's nothing compared to most of them.

Yeah, and again, I believe that'll be Twitch's fault, I think whoever she harms, the family or the victim should be able to sue Twitch. They know this happens and do nothing to discourage it.

It's actually really hard to get your license taken away in these United States. Even with multiple DUI's a halfway decent lawyer will stall the court long enough so that you can keep menacing the road. Traffic misdemeanors like speeding (and I mean multiple citations for excess speed, not just 5 over) and parking tickets may increase your insurance but you won't get your license taken.

Oh, sure, Canada's pretty much the same. I talked about that a little in the X-Coppers video I'm sure, but like... I don't know if I ever talked about the girl in this city who drove her car drunk the wrong way down a one way street and caused a bunch of property damage, houses (plural) were destroyed because she hit a gas line... they gave her 3 years in jail and suspended her license for 3 years. That sentence was in 2021, that means she's definitely out of jail by now AND will be allowed to drive as of February 2027 at the very latest. INSANE.

Emily needs to retake her driving test... at a German fahrschule (driving school). In Germany, driving tests, even written ones, are for more rigid than here in the States. For instance, three wrong answers on the written test = fail. And three failed attempts at the written test = repeating the course; no, I'm not making this up. Emily will fail for sure, and probably just get a bus pass when she comes back to Austin.

Honestly EVERY state needs to ban her from driving for life. The reason kids arent getting licenses is the cost of drivers ed, cars, insurance.
