I hate gambling. And the idea of kids doing it is abhorrant. How is it possible the world keeps getting grosser the more technology we have? Dumb question I know but I swear I worry for my grandkids.

As someone who struggled and is still struggling with online gambling since I was 19 they need to get kids far the fuck away from that crooked shit. The amount of times I’ve saved up for months to a decent bit of money just to lose it within a couple hours is ridiculous and it keeps happening. A lot of people don’t have good impulse control and its getting worse as the world continues to go the way it’s going, it’s hard for a lot of people to quit while they’re ahead or cut their losses while gambling. I struggle with it a lot and I’m currently still picking up the pieces from my last ‘gambling’ hiatus, which was actually trading options on the stock market which made me thousands over the last few months but has also lost me almost just as much, I’m sick of losing my money so I’m trying my hardest to be done for good. It’s inevitable kids will get into it nowadays but fuck man, it’s evil.

Oh I hate gambling. This makes my grandparents sneaking me into the pokies to play slot machines (their idea not mine) look like child's play. About parents supervising drinking alcohol (once agian, their idea not mine. I was first offered wine at 10), yeah, generally one grows to become an alcoholic, especially if they have crap parents.
