This award show is hosted by Jimmy Kibble (ba-dum-bum).

Are you going to watch the Oscars? I don't know if I will. I might check it out to see what Jimmy Kimmel does with the opening monologue.

I haven't seen any of the movies, so I don't really need to watch the Oscars. But from everything I've heard, the human version of your comic is really deserving so I hope it wins!

Now that’s an Oscar award show I would watch. Don’t plan on watching Oscars.. I never really have. I get bored. But, that’s just me.. 😉

Nancy DeStadio

Not a fan of the Oscars as I’ve not seen the nominated movies. Still, I’d watch Jimmy Kibble for his opening barkalog.

Lorraine Strickland

Couldn’t care less about the Oscars but I do like Jimmy Kimmel. So I’ll probably wait for his monologue to be posted on YouTube. 😁

I think the opening monologue is probably the best part. I haven't watched them for a couple years but this year actually made an effort to watch two and apart of a third of the major movies. I can't honestly say 100% that I enjoyed any of them but the acting, the costumes, the concepts in various films were pretty impressive. I'm kind of looking forward to seeing if the short animated film award goes to Charlie Mackesy for The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse. Love the book and the film was really really sweet.

The show is way too long. I haven’t watched it for a few years. There can some good comedy moments and I think Jimmy Kimmel might deliver tonight

Scott Metzger

I’m sure he’ll provide a few good highlights.

Are you going to watch tonight or wait to hear the news tomorrow? I do want to catch the opening monologue if I can

Kimberly Beckham

Totally going to watch it tonight. I want to hear the opening monologue live without any edits. And I want to see if they've put Austin Butler on duty to escort women to the stage. I thought that was very chivalrous on that last award show.

Stephen Gilberg

I skipped the last two years out of ignorance of the nominees but expect to watch part of it this time.

Scott Metzger

It won! (and I can’t believe I’m still watching the Oscars right now)

I know I know! I was so excited I started shouting! I don't know what my neighbors make of that but I don't care. If you haven't seen it it's wonderful. I think it's limiting having it only on Apple TV. And if you haven't seen the movie just get the book. Book is wonderful. And it's one of those books you could read from the back to the front or the front to the back or jump around in the middle. And I can't believe I'm still watching it either but I'm going to see if I can go the distance.
