My dog Dobby as an author. He has taken apart many squeak toys.

We recently bought a squeaky toy that was described as “tough” and “virtually indestructible.” It’s a pig and Dobby took off one of its ears within 15 minutes.

Hope you’re having a good weekend!

😄😄 Another bit of brilliance, Scott! Looking forward to the finished product! (My dog, Alvin, was clearly "different"(!) -- he would treat his doggie toys with undogly reverence.😅 I never did understand that, but I didn't buy doggie toys very often!)

Dobby is clearly a savant!! In a former life perhaps he was some sort of toy tester.

Glad you like it! That’s great your dog didn’t destroy his toys. What kind of dog was he?

MUST. KILL. SQUEAKER! IMMEDIATELY!!! And then remove all the stuffing. My Lab mix was like that. I've also had dogs (Aussie mix and a who-knows-what) who had the same stuffed squeaky toys their whole life.

A Jack Russell, of all things! 😄 I lived in NYC at the time and would frequently walk him in Central Park, across the street. People would toss Frisbees to their dogs, MY dog would jump up and catch the Frisbees mid-air .... and then refuse to let go! It was hilarious 😂!

My daughter’s dog, Ollie, a toy destroyer… Dobby is so cute! Hope you’re enjoying your vacation! :)

My dog Zoe loves squeaky tug toys that have squeakers at both ends, so when we play I squeak one end and she takes it away from me to squeak it, then I squeak the other end and she drops her end to take my end to squeak it. This goes on for awhile until she gets bored. But she's a good girl, Scott!

My neighbors had a Doberman and the only toy he ever liked was a football shaped pillow from the kids department of some store. They bought all of them they could find so they could replace them as they got worn. Eventually they were at the end of the supply so I measured one and sewed a few. There was one left when the dog went to the Rainbow Bridge,
