Even though I'd like Cody and Seth to win night 1 and Cody win totally clean night 2. It seems like a "Chekov's gun" situation. (In storytelling you don't mention a gun if it isn't going to be fired in the story) They are building up this "Bloodline rules" thing and it would be a waste of time if that doesn't happen. So it seems Night 2 the bloodline will all come out to attack Cody but all the friends Cody has made along the way, and all the enemies Roman has made along the way will come help Cody and he will win. Cody's brother Dustin has even been teasing that he might be involved, I've also seen Cena and Stone Cold mentioned although they don't have much to do with the story other than being former top guys. Punk has past beef with the Rock so maybe him too. Thats beyond the usual anti-bloodline crew of Seth, Jey, maybe Sami.

Don't worry about people "winning" segments having any correlation with how matches turn out at the PPVs, people are always tricking themselves into thinking there's a pattern where there isn't. Probably comes from catching on to tropes in other media, which is clever on yours's or anybody else's part, but wrestling works on its own set of tropes.

Bunny, you should react to CM Punk's interview with Ariel Helwani that he did yesterday. He talks about a lot of things, including his time in AEW and WHY he departed the company in such bad terms, as well as some other troubles he had there.

Cena got destroyed by solo and was feeding with the bloodline before he went back to Hollywood. I'd say Cena has a decent reason to help Cody

Bunny if you want, in addition to the two nights of Wm ​​Saturday and Sunday there would be NXT Stand & Deliver on Saturday just before night 1 (it's the most important PLE of the brand, it's like NXT's Wresltlemania and is held a few hours before the night 1 starts), the main event is the final act (probably) between former friends Melo and Trick (Melo had also taken part in the rumble you watched), they made a very very nice 10 minute promo video package, I recommend it if you want to catch up on the WWE channel. Oh and if you want, the night before, Friday, immediately after Smackdown there is the classic annual Hall Of Fame ceremony, in case you want to watch it or catch it from the WWE Network on Saturday before Night 1😜 Also, you should watch Randy and Punker video that WWE uploaded Monday, it’s so fun😜

You talked about Gunther having done a lot and being older, but he is 3 years younger than Sami and has actually only been on the main roster since 2022 and first joined WWE when he was signed to NXT in 2019, while Sami has been with WWE since 2013, main roster since 2015. Gunther is a guaranteed future world champion who needs to lose the intercontinental title so he can move on to one of the world titles.

I mean we have no idea other than CM Punk saying he will be able to say more when on Netflix. They don't have to censor their own youtube channel but still choose to because they want kids to watch. I don't expect drastically more blood, sexuality, swearing on netflix even if they would be allowed to.

For people complaining about the security's ineptitude: I can't believe how someone fails to understand how wrestling is a symbolic show that has more to do with power levels in Dragon Ball than skills in MMA. It's like complaining about how hordes of soldiers couldn't take down Achilles in the Iliad: IT'S FREAKING ACHILLES, he's bearing all the meanings of rage, vengefulness, hate, and since he bears those meanings, he's the best soldier, because war is about those meanings; in fact, Hector dies because he bears the meaning of love, destined to perish in war. Wrestling is about the same stuff, just in a theatrical narrative instead of a literary one.

There aren't really any episodes that really stand out other than them doing a little more for milestones like 100 200 etc. Its basically a weekly compilation of botches that happened that week from WWE to tiny indies.
