A lot of you told me to watch the 202 Royal Rumble and here we go :)

The Royal Rumble 2020 was held at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas. Drew McIntyre emerged victorious by eliminating Roman Reigns as the final participant, securing his spot in the main event of WrestleMania 36. The event also featured the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble match, won by Charlotte Flair.

Before he got fired, Drew was actually pretty skinny. Think the same build as The Miz but taller. According to Drew, he lost motivation and stopped trying to get better, which ended with him eventually getting released. He then spent a few years working out and getting better, resulting in his current, powerful build and his new work ethic was rewarded when he won the Rumble and later the WWE Championship (twice). Also, this is a good example of how your current knowledge of the characters hold up even a few years ago. Today, you know Seth Rollins as a really good guy who has fun dancing on his way to the ring. Back then, he was a dastardly Heel that used numbers and cheating to win matches. Today, you know Drew as a monstrous Heel who is so deranged he would brutally attack and injured man and constantly whines about his shortcomings. Back then, Drew was a really good guy, one of the most popular on the Roster. Actually Drew just recently turned Heel, back in November but they'd been teasing a Heel turn for months at that point. Personally I always like the Heels better because I believe they're harder characters to portray and are just more interesting to me, so I like that some wrestlers will get moments to be Heels, even if they're long time Faces, like Drew

Also, if you're planning on six more, my Top picks for you to watch is the 2018 women's (the first ever women's Rumble), 2019 womens, 2001, 2002, 2009 and 2021 mens

Israel

You should react to the 2018 women's Royal Rumble match, (the first ever women's rumble match) along with the 2001 and 2002 Royal Rumble match.

Drew was a babyface back then and people love him, after winning the royal rumble he come to the main event of wrestlemania and win the championship,it's the biggest moment of his career but no one there to see bc it happens during the pandemic :( he want to get that moment one more time in front of the audience but can't and it's become his storyline right now,he turn heel bc he is so desperated

Carlos

This Rumble was something special. It happened right before COVID and the same day that Kobe passed away, and Edge's return was the icing on the cake. One of my favorite Rumble matches of all time.

Dylan Banks

Could you react to 'the unreality of pro wrestling' by super eyepatch wolf. It gives an amazing breakdown of roman reigns' career in wwe which will help you understand his character leading into wrestlemania. 2 issues are that the video is 1.5 hours long and i think it gets copyright striked on youtube.

Seth “Freaking” Rollins baybay

The 2020 Rumble is certainly the best rumble of the decade. I advise you to see the 2010 Rumble it's really very good.

Alvin Everett

Please react to the 2008 Royal Rumble. Also watch some WrestleManias (3, 10, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 28, 30, 31 & 39) before WrestleMania

BlakeK80DrumCovers

Edges return was so damn emotional. WWE really keapt that secret well.

Chris

The 2002 Royal Rumble. There were a few surprises and some big moments. You’ll be familiar with over half of them too. Watched it live on PPV back then and it’s one of my favorites. You won’t be disappointed.

Alessandro

One of the best rumbles ever! Bunny you’re doing a great job and I gave you two small supports on YouTube under the video of the love triangle and under the one of why Punk lost against Dusty's son, I would be happy if you checked them, not big donations but it's a little appreciation for the work you are doing and the contents you are bringing us every day✌🏻

A great bit of long term story telling now as one of the reasons behind why Drew McIntyre's character comes across as bitter... he won the 2020 Rumble but that WrestleMania was during COVID in an empty building. Drew never got his moment like everyone else did. I loved this Rumble!

Steve Beal

If you loved this Rumble I think you'd love the 2018 Royal Rumble too! 🙂

BroMan

You should watch the 2002, 2003 and 2005 Royal Rumbles. Those are pretty good. Love your reactions as always😊

supportbunny

Soo much :O i will but i can take time hehe

.

Royal rumble 2001 and 2008 (:

Lewsifer

Such a shame that this rumble had so much star power and yet vince rather cut half of the participants so AEW can sign to become better. And since u love Austin, I think the 97 rumble would be a good one to react to since it was one of the beginning matches that made Austin into one of the biggest superstar ever.

Brian McDubb

irony.. Brock Lesnar was so dominating in this, and now he's pretty much going to be erased from wwe because of the scandals with Mcmahon... (there will probably be more people brought down by that mess too) but, that was my favorite Royal Rumble match, not so many surprise appearances, just a couple good returns, mainly Edge. but a great story. Keith Lee deserved so much more, looked good in this, and then vince decided to repackage him as bearcat or something weird and then released him (along with about 20 others each year)

Royal Rumble 2004 🥺
