I love how excited and emotional you get watching these clips. I've been trying to tell you that if you are a fan of Stone Cold Steve Austin you have to watch the Stone Cold Steve Austin documentary. It's over an hour so you'll probably watch it on here. It's a very good documentary. I always hear you say that Stone Cold is your favorite wrestler and no one tells you to watch Stone Cold stuff. He's my favorite wrestler too. I think you'll enjoy it. Back to this segment. I don't think The Rock is going to interfere with Cody finishing the story. He's just not going to do it at WM. It might happen before WM and The Rock and Roman might just wrestle at WM for the Head of the Table.

I could care less about what they do with romen, but I'm also not surprised that the rock has inserted himself into the wrestlemania match after officially becoming a board member and it also makes sense now why wwe gave the rock's daughter Ava Reign the on screen GM of NXT last week.

The overwhelming outrage at Cody Rhodes stepping aside for The Rock has been, in my opinion, absolutely justified. Don't get me wrong, I want Roman Vs The Rock, but not at the expense of Cody after the hard work he's put in all year long. The fact that it's public knowledge that The Rock lobbied for the match with Roman at WrestleMania makes it even worse.

I do hope so because if he doesn't, and he simply goes after Rollins, it'll make the "finish the story" angle a running joke and I think Cody is much better than that.

Now, this begs the question...why not just have had him come in as surprise number 30 in the rumble, win it, and then him facing Roman would make sense. Instead, Cody does all the hard work and the Rock just swoops in and take it. How does THAT make any sense in kayfabe? This is honestly silly. I don't think the Rock is going to beat Roman. I suspect that this is going to be the Rock's retirement match.

The Damage CTRL segment where Bayley chooses her Wrestlemania opponent was much better. Right now, that's the real Wrestlemania main event for me after this crap

Yeah Bunny, the internet wrestling community is rebelling! we all want Cody to finish his story! It can't happen again like 12 years ago when The Rock stole the CM punk main event for two years in a row (the quotes you read in the comments concern his pipebomb in 2011), and the following year WWE almost repeated the story at the 2014 royal rumble by bringing back batista and throwing him in the main event against Orton instead of Daniel Bryan who was so over! Then with Punk's farewell the day after the rumble (unfortunately) and with the rebellion of the fans with the yes movement we saved that wrestlemania and created one of the most iconic moments of wrestling with Bryan's victory of the titles in the Main event! The rock now that he is in charge of TKO is putting his ego above the wwe once again! We always wanted the Rock vs Roman dream match but this is totally wrong timing, it could easily be done next year and having Cody finish the story this year. Or you should had Cody finish the story at WrestleMania last year! For what then? Having a short match at wm and maybe even a bad one because after 5 minutes The rock is already tired and out of breath? I understand that Punk's injury and Lesnar's situation changed the plans but it could still have been resolved. In this way you would send Cody against Rollins in a match already seen several times to make Rollins lose against Cody for like the fourth time out of four, and by doing so you would also take away the place in the Main event that people like McIntyre, who is the most over heel of the company right now, and especially Sami Zayn, who would have his first Main event for a world title, they deserve. Doing this sh*t, WWE obtained the most disliked video in the history of its channel with 500,000 dislikes so far out of 4 million views. Record! the fans are talking! You should catch up on the Bayley and damage control segment which was the real segment of the evening but unfortunately overshadowed by this crap!

I feel for Cody and Cody fans, this is what happened with Punk 11 years ago, Punk was the WWE champion for over a year, was supposed to achieve his dream of main eventing Wrestlemania against Cena, but Rock came back to take Punk’s spot. Cody’s indeed living the CM Punk experience

WWE finally finds a good guy for the first time in literally about 20 years who both the fans and the company want to be the face of the company, and just when he is possibly at his most popular ever, they do this?! I’m one of the rare hard-core fans who doesn’t care as much when legends come back for big matches, But Cody has carried this company on his back, he legitimately is the face of WWE, and from all accounts, he’s a great guy in real life. I think this warrants the 2014 treatment more than that situation actually did, because this story genuinely is better, and even though his pops aren’t as loud, I do genuinely believe fans like Cody more than they liked Daniel Bryan, because as loud as his crowd reactions were, he, and by the way I love Daniel Bryan, but he didn’t make a business impact in terms of increasing attendance and ratings, Cody actually does, this is ridiculous!
