Bonus Patron MiniSode: Stand By Me (Patreon)

"It was a summer unlike any other, a summer they would never forget. That was the summer a tangerine shit ferret ran for president...it was the summer Brian first saw 'Stand By Me'."

That's right, this week's very special patron exclusive minisode finds Brian and Cargill discussing what was considered in 1986 to be the only great Stephen King adaptation: the Rob-Reiner-directed Stand By Me.

The guys discuss the odd connections between this film and the subject of this week's full episode (Band of the Hand), as well as bullies far to eager to commit murder, and Cargill tells an amazing story about how Ethan Hawke was personally affected by the rise and sad demise of River Phoenix.

As always, thanks for being our wonderful patrons!
