I think they just uploaded the wrong episodes... Best case scenario we are getting a double drop :)

As others have pointed out, I think we be missing something lol Hopefully they’ll realize they skipped 9 and 10 and we get a special double drop. Either that or their 9 and 10 reaction got corrupted. I’ve seen other reactors lose episodes to corrupt files. Hopefully that’s not the case and it was just a misclick, I was really looking forward to their reaction to 9 and 10 specifically :)

I love AOT with all my heart but damn first season really stretches every single episode as thin as possible, there's like 95% dialogue and inner monologue and 5% action, but that's because 1st season was experimental, it really gets better and better but here they had limited budget. Hence why we can see so many still frames while dialogue plays to save money. Fortunately future seasons don't have this problem.

yeah season 1 is definitely the weakest season. which is crazy because season 1 (even though it is flawed) is still incredible

For sure, it does an excellent job to establish the world and characters and hook you in with the mystery, just the pacing is a little slow for me gladly future seasons pick the hell up.

I think Eren butting heads with Mikasa is a lot of knotted up feelings on Eren's end. Mikasa has definitely taken on a lot of parentification trying to fill in for Carla, and I think that protective nature triggers Eren's trauma a bit and he just deals with it immaturely.

I understand what you are saying, but i personally loved this first season, it's wild. Ep 17 - 25 are so good. But yeah the start is a little slow.

Watching this in english while they watch in Jap is crazy because straight up some of the dialogue is just straight up better. Eren yells "BECAUSE THE WORLD OUTSIDE OF THESE WALLS ARE MY BIRTHRIGHT" at the end and that went hard af
