Funny detail, that's Ronnie Fowch eating his own store's Butterfingers. The innovator at Ted's elementary school who managed to trick some kids with poop in a Butterfingers wrapper. I feel like this season hasn't missed one beat from where the show left off. Same good feelings and straight shooting, and obviously struggling in second division women's football is the way to go after seeing the men win the whole thing and everybody making billions and living happily ever after and such. This will be fun I'm sure.

The wife of the old college player Ted used to coach was confused because Ted had been the manager of an English Premier League football club - a job which typically has a salary in the 7 figure territory. Going from a million dollar a year job to assistant manager at a grocery store is a bit of a career step down.

They recast Henry before this season - he sounds different because it's a different actor.

My take on him 'closing the door' of the room was that he was compartmentalized his Richmond memories from he current day to day. From an earlier scene, the door is always closed (versus Henry's door being open even when no Henry around) He left that world to be with Henry in this world and doesn't want it so seep into this Henry focused world. He might visit but once Henry is around(like when he came home earlier) , the door stays 'closed' & Ted doesn't enter. Now he has permission to 'open ' the door so Henry and his Richmond worlds can start to integrate. Hopefully Successfully.
