Blue buddy

thank you for the uploads

It looked like captain kid was staring at marineford from a distance. He was prolly gonna show up and end the war also but shanks beat him there

trueee

Mike G. M.

Might as well clarify: the whole "Big Mam" thing was just a subtitling error. The name of the fourth emperor is "Big Mom" Sengoku is banged up because he spent the last chunk of the war fending off Blackbeard singlehandedly.

Dr. M (Mrugalski)

Every time i hear SKRAAAB i fckn lose it lmaoooo

Nghi Nguyen

Magellan got beaten was expected. They have the antidote, Shiryu, 4 new recruits and Teach has prep time to use his dark-dark fruit.

Nicholas Kent

Garp wants to change the Navy from the inside out, just like Smoker or Ao Kiji. And that's why he's training a boy like Koby! So yes, the Navy is corrupt because of the World Government's orders. But that doesn't mean Garp hasn't saved thousands of people as a Marine. How many deaths and injuries do pirates cause every day? When Luffy escaped from Impel Down, how many prisoners followed him? Magellan (a good guy) wants to commit suicide because he failed to restore order in his prison... Is that nothing? We love Luffy because he's the MC and a good guy, but things aren't black and white.

AccordingToLucky

True, but Garp is 70 and he hasnt managed to change 1 single thing in the marines nor the government, but has furthered their plans for them.

Nicholas Kent

Yes, but I think you don't realize what "bringing down the World Government" entails. It's a superstructure that has ruled the world for 800 years. Who could have changed a single thing? Dragon has been the leader of the Revolutionaries for about twenty years. What has he managed to do besides stand by and watch the East next to his trans friend? What did Roger's crew manage to do when they learned the history of the world? It takes more than one man and more than one life to bring down the World Government. In all this mess (that everyone has suffered), Garp simply chose to follow his vision of justice. So yeah, I'm not going to lie. I also found it strange that he reacted so little to Ace's execution, and to the attempted murders of Luffy. But he's a Marine and he sees the bigger picture. Nevertheless, I wonder if he would have reacted the same way if Luffy had been in Ace's place..... I'm not going to imply that he has preferences, but oh well...

Sam Itjum

Not going to spoil, but.. in my opinion Doflamingo is THE best villain in One piece

Kizaru

Pretty sure Sengoku got damaged during his fight against Blackbeard

Maks Lesniewski

"Reacted so little to the attempted murders of Luffy" My brother in Christ, he was ready to throw down with the strongest admiral. But otherwise, this was everything I'm always saying.

AccordingToLucky

No he wasnt, if he was, he would've done it. He actually directly helped try and murder both of them. Actions speak louder than words. He proved with actions he cared about his job more.

Maks Lesniewski

Ok, but then with his *actions* he proved that he felt at least conflicted about it, because he actually did move towards Akainu with fists in front of his body.

AccordingToLucky

Conflicted about killing his grandchildren or doing his job? LMAOOOOO Even Sengoku was surprised Garp helped trying to kill them. Thats how insane that was.

Maks Lesniewski

Calling punching Marco "helping trying to kill Ace" feels like a bit of a reach to me, but that's not a discussion you're ready for. Especially since Ace got himself killed all on his own while already free, and you're making it sound like Garp somehow aided Akainu's fist.

AccordingToLucky

All Garps actions led to Akainu killing him. Ace was dumb, i agree, he got himself killed. But Garp could've busted him put a million times, he didnt. Its not about him punching Marco, its about what that punch ment. Go watch again. He completely shifted the tide of was at that moment, took the stage all high and mighty, reminded all the marines he was on their side,' the great hero Garp. The morale boost was huge! Then he took the main admiral chair and flexed on everyone as if helping kill your only grandchilren was a flex. So yea, u r not ready for that convo, he directly helped kill Ace.

Maks Lesniewski

Ok, let's imagine One Piece is a beautiful, black-and-white wonderland full of only good and bad people, and that Garp is a purely good person who helps Ace escape out of the goodness of his heart. Akainu still provokes him into a fight, and still makes a donut out of him. And if Garp interferes, for all we know, congratulations, he still accomplishes fuck all and now we have two donuts for the price of one, because there's no way Akainu is so loyal to Garp that he refuses to kill him if he stands up to him.

AccordingToLucky

Akainu aint killing anyone if Garp took Ace and just dipped to his son and joined that cause instead of licking the boots of CD and helping them bring chaos to the world. Nobody said their world is black and white, this is tho. He didnt give a fuck about saving them. Even when Ace died, he let Akainu try and kill Luffy too lol Jimbei had to save him, Jimbei who met him 2 days ago lol

Maks Lesniewski

Ok, nope, this is definitely the last time I'm letting myself get dragged into this conversation, cause clearly neither of us is gonna convince the other person.

Maks Lesniewski

I'm not, I'm just tired of talking about it, especially whenever it's just a back and forth between you and me.

AccordingToLucky

Ahaha i'm just teasing bro! Agree to disagree! Its not that serious! I understand that Garp had an inner struggle, it wasnt easy for him etc. But my point is, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN EASY FOR HIM. Otherwise, he's a bad grandpa. Simple as that

Maks Lesniewski

And my point always was that it's ok for you to have an emotionally charged point of view, as long as you acknowledge it. I know I have emotional attachment to a character that I know you dislike, but that's why I have made the conscious decision to not even bring up their name anymore.

AccordingToLucky

Yea, sure, u can frame it that way. Still doesnt make it right. I can call u emotional for not understanding what Hitler did, does that make me right? Nope. Garp is just a bad grandpa, and thats okay. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Maks Lesniewski

I do understand Hitler's motivations, believe it or not, but the fact that you think the two of them come even close to each other kinda proves to me that you do have an emotionally charged point of view.

AccordingToLucky

I was using the extreme example for u to undrstand how wrong u r, but i guess thats not ganna happen lol
