You skipped all the openings till now, I think it's better if you react to all of them at the end or something

Anywho; got around to watching the vid~ First off; was not expectig an Abbey Road reference of all things in this show lol "The Centipede guy is never getting laid". I've been on the internet a long time Lucky: I can assure you that insects like that is somebodys fetish XD There's aslo a weird glitch at 24:45-ish. Think there might've been a rendering issue. Regarding the whole "Eri" thing though: despite that one guy saying "they should've saved her", I feel like you can very much argue that it was the right choice to pull back at that moment. After all, if they tried to fight Overhaul and lost, not only would they have very likely died, but like Nighteye said; it would've just made the yakuza go even further underground, and Eri would be in even more danger. Because Mirio made Midoriya wait; now they can go in with more power, more knowledge, and overall more prepared. The reason that All Might would've just busted in is because he had something that no-one in this room has: the strength to be 100% confident that he will win in a fight. That's what I took Nighteye to mean when he said "we can't do this like All Might would", because he knows that even with their combined forces in that room; there's still a decent chance for them to lose. Meaning if they want to have the best shot at succeeding in saving Eri, they need to make sure their plan is as foolproof as possible. It's one of those things where neither side is really "wrong" per se; it's just two different ways of needing to approach the situation because of the strengths of the people doing it. So even if Deku wanted to fight right then, if he's not strong enough to do that, then holding back and waiting really is the smartest and best option.

Eri is so adorable. We want to go save her ourselves lol PS: Alchemy is introduced in MHA! Overhaul is an alchemist! xD

All Might did not choose Deku over Mirio. He happened to meet Deku first and chose him immediately.

Is that a nod I see of the beetles photo of them crossing the street

I'm going to point out one thing I found touching in this episode: the fact that Tamaki so desperately needs to see his best friend Mirio smile! He's so depressed and anxious most of the time that he needs that light in his life!

All Might knew that Nighteye was training Mirio. And we know what he thinks about Nighteye's concept of heroism. So meeting Izuku must have been a relief for him. So yes, he chose Izuku over Mirio without having met Mirio. Simply because Izuku reminded him of what he was like as a teenager and that he was wary of Nighteye's advice.
