Naguri is a filler character lol The only filler I agreed to watch in One Piece. That's how much I love Ace and Luffy's flashback! And to be honest, Naguri doesn't have that annoying filler character aura. He's ok.

episode 500 is a big milestone and honestly insane how when I first started watching one piece myself it was the just above the halway point. now the show has 1139 episodes. so youll need about 70 ish episodes more to properly be halfway haha

Imagine how many other amazing shows we could have gotten watched instead... Around 20 others that had 25 episodes each. Crazy. Shakes my head.

And it's cool that you brought up Luffy's fighting potential. Because it's clear to me that he has way more potential than Ace. Ace was physically stronger as a kid, yes. And he was also stronger as an adult, plus he ate a powerful Devil Fruit. But I think if Ace had stayed alive, Luffy would have surpassed him quickly. He has a lot more imagination (as Crocodile recommended) and his drive to become the strongest is greater.

It's subjective. I don't agree with it being worth it. Alas my opinion is void. Lucky likes it so thats all there is to it.
