Franky is definitly not stronger than Sanji. It was simply Oda who decided that Sanji should use his weakest kicks to avoid breaking down the door. This allowed Franky to showcase the power of his Radical Beam, which the Master compared to the Pacifistas' attacks. Franky is number 4 tho ;)

Dumb writing, it was influenced outside the story to “showcase to the viewers” in the 4th wall. lol

To be fair, don't underestimate lazers in One Piece, Franky's lazer at this point is probably stronger than Zoro's attacks, but that doesn't mean that Franky could beat Zoro or Sanji. We haven't successfully seen anyone block lazer attacks at this point so far. Rayleigh kicked Kizaru's leg (not the actual lazer), Marco healed through the lazer attacks not actually stopped them. So lazers themselves are to be considered quite formidable.

Besides, that's like Franky using his ultimate attack vs Sanji's random attacks. Even Zoro would have struggled with that door with random attacks, it wasn't a standard steel door.

In thriller bark it was the samurais real body but it was brooks shadow that controlled the body. If he had his own shadow zoro would have stand no chance. Against him even mihawk would have to give 100 percent.
