I thought you would like this episode! And definitely you get some ice creams for this episode I was confused with that translation too, but they estimated Higuruma killed 20 sorcerers and Kashimo killed 40 sorcerers for a total of 60 sorcerers, since killing a sorcerer is 5 points and Higuruma had 100 points and Kashimo had 200. Another mistranslation (I had the same subs as you), but when Higuruma was crashing out and awakened his powers, he actually said "Everyone come back. We're having a retrial" not "Everyone, dismissed. Start over". And that girl saying "Nobody told me" was more like "I didn't hear about this plan," like she didn't expect him not to flat-out kill Megumi. I think you can tell when the subs feel kinda off or weird though lol Also, why does Higuruma's shikigami look like a Menos Grande from Bleach

Did he just use Domain Expansion like it was nothing? How does he even know what “Domain Expansion” even is? Like how does he know this power is called that? And most sorcerer’s we know can’t use Domain Expansion, all grade 1 and even Geto who’s a special grade couldn’t use domain expansion, and this guy just became a sorcerer in like two weeks?! His domain was a court room LOL. I’m interested in finding out what his cursed technique is!

Yeah, the Japanese conviction rate does exceed 99%. There a few reasons for this. Two big ones that I can recall are the following: 1) The Japanese criminal justice system is very biased against defendants with a sort of guilty until proven innocent bias going around instead of the other way around. 2) Japanese prosecutors are very hesitant to prosecute a case that they are not very confident of winning. Most cases are dropped before trial which usually leaves cases that a pretty favorable to the prosecution. I’m sure there are other reasons as well but these are two main ones that I can recall.

Can you manifest a domain expansion using reversed cursed energy? Because if Domain Expansion is the pinnacle of sorcery, and reversed cursed energy is rarer, can someone use that? Although it should require double the amount of cursed energy to do it right? Since reversed cursed energy is multiplying cursed energy on its self, or more like squared the amount because you’re multiplying, that requires A LOT!
