I mean it wasn't that quick for Doflamingo to get Ace's fruit. It's been two years since Ace died and that's a lot of time for Doflamingo and his influence to find it. Doflamingo is warlord, a king, and has his own minions. If Ace's fruit respawned on the other side of the world in the grandline, Doflamingo could find it knowing how schemeful he is. Blackbeard on the other hand is the big mystery since he took Whitebeard's fruit instantly after he died in the same spot.

Interesting that you went for Latina when you saw Violet dancing. I think most people defaulted to Spanish. I’ll also saw that even ignoring the animes pacing issues, this is also the arc where people started feeling like Oda was… not necessarily running out of ideas, but it’s definitely when the patterns in his writing started becoming very noticeable, like a feeling of “he’s done this before”. Its also when the criticisms of him having ‘same-face syndrome’, at least when it cones to the women also started popping up.

We went through 3 debates and you hadn’t won any of them. The Queen deserved to die, she didn’t care about the slaves, no one got angry about that in the community and show, she still loved the humans and celestial dragons even though she knew what they were doing to her own people, licking their boots, taking a bullet for them, and dismissing what the slaves have went through after they told her she has no idea what that particular person has done to them, good riddance. As has been said below, Ace died 2 years ago, and Doflamingo is basically the most connected guy in the underworld as he's essentially the head broker, so if anyone finds the fruit he's likely to hear about it and make moves to acquire it asap.

Bear in mind that Franky never met Ace, he wasn't there in Alabasta so he likely only knows Ace is Luffy's brother from the newspaper and not from personal experience. So I think it's fairly reasonably to have a reaction like "oh right! Ace is your brother!"
