So thats why the blind man went all in on that one, he knew luffy was gonna interfere. Guess his observation haki is that strong.

Dressrosa is one of my favorite arcs, full of great characters. Sadly, the anime pacing tries really hard to ruin it, hope you enjoy it anyway.

It depends on the translation, the Mera Mera no Mi is translated as both the Flame-Flame Fruit, and the Flare-Flare Fruit, but "Flame-Flame Fruit" is used more in the dub.

Lucky, notice how Armament haki and Conqueror's haki have to be activated, they are not constantly on. Observation haki is no different, it expends energy (haki) to use, so you usually can't just have it on all the time, but you can usually use it periodically every now and then or actively during a battle. But with a lot of training I'm sure someone is able to get to a level where they can have it on passively but not at a super strong level the whole time, similar to how in DBZ going supersayan is very energy consuming but after a lot of training Goku and Gohan were able to just leave it on passively. So Zoro not noticing the sword is not neccesarily unrealistic. He likely uses haki passively every now and then which is how he noticed the blind guy was strong when he first saw him, but it's not on all the time.

Yea, but Enel in Skypea was able to sense everyone on the island all the time. As soon as someone entered, he knew about it. So Enel was a stronger Mantra/Observation Haki user than all of them!?
