I get approving of Bakugo flirting with Mirko, but I hope you weren’t approving the other way around lol. Or did you forget that he’s 15/16 and shes like… 30 😆 Though you’re also 100% right about the simps for Toga lol. Even before watching this show I knew her as a top-tier Yandere Waifu 😂

This episode reminded me the whole toga/uraraka storyline was so bad and cringe it almost made me quit this show. I was glad its only a few episodes and the rest of the show is so much better.

Horikoshi was clearly inspired by Venom for the inability of the Danger Sense to detect Toga. When Peter wore the symbiote, he left his DNA within it. To the point where, later, when Eddie became Venom, he developed the same powers as Spidey. In addition to that, the symbiote developed a fascination with Peter. Because of these two things, the spider-sense was unable to detect Venom's attacks. The logic is somewhat similar here. The Danger Sense is unable to detect Toga because she has no intention of harming Deku. It makes sense, really. But it can only work with a crazy horny blood sucker woman like her xD... Deku will probably never encounter anyone like her again !

Well, when a doctor tries to give you an injection should danger sense go off? If someone was pushing you on a swing should danger sense go off with every push? And then there are different kinds of acts, like there are many drugs and mdeciines that are the same as various poisons but in different doses used for beneficial reasons, should danger sense go off when you get given morpheine? What about if you smoke or use a nicotine patch, should it go off then? Someone could be trying to overdose/poison you and another person could be trying to help you with the same dosis or they don't know the correct dosis, but even a normal dosis of morpheine can be harmful so how does danger sense know when to warn you? So danger sense is probably not aptly named, it doesn't actually warn of danger, it warns of hostile intent being acted on. So someone giving you a tea with poison might set it off, or giving you a pat on the back HOPING to make you trip into traffic, but a doctor taking your blood sample wouldn't set it off unless he was trying to miss your vein on purpose to injure you.

tricking it is difficult however, because that implies that you actually WANT to cause someone harm but somehow replace any hostile intent, that's very difficult to do, maybe someone with multiple personalities or the ability to switch off any subconsious emotional response might be able to do it but danger sense may still potentially react. ps, I'm commenting as I watch lol so you may already be addressing some of these points

Totally with you, even if I could consider her attractive there's NO WAY I'm associating with that death trap unless I was going to die from cancer tomorrow lol, and even then the cancer may be better. The ONLY empathizing I can have with her is that she clearly has mental issues and is likely a child that 'slipped through the system' and didn't get the support (A LOT of support) she likely needed, but that doesn't absolve crimes or remove autonomy or make it anyone else's problem, nor can I fully blame the parents who likely were NEVER equipped to deal with her type of psychosis and likely did the best they could as they got more and more desparate and afraid. So yeah, it's a shame, and she should receive psychological help in a MAX security prison, but she should still stay in that prison for the rest of her life unless she has genuinely been 100% psychologically cured (and not just with medication) and the many many victim's families have agreed to an acceptable level of reduction in her punishment.
