He's not a Logia Bear in mind, he doesn't actually BECOME stone, he MERGES with stone (or assimilates), so he can manipulate the entire castle freely, but he himself isn't stone. So when he makes a living statue of himself, that's not actually him, that's just stone he's manipulating, Haki or no you're not actually cutting his 'true' body like that

Yeah… I said in an earlier reaction but even people that dont have your issues with Usopp hate what he does and how he’s written here. And unfortunately because of how long this arc is he’s going to be getting worse before he gets better again. Sorry to say but, you’re about to be getting angry at him for a while 😑
