SENOR PINK!!!!!! xD I really love his backstory because it’s so grounded in reality. And Oda very, very rarely deals with romance. But he did it beautifully. That being said, it didn't warrant you making 3 episodes today xD I like it a lot but let's not exaggerate.

Last chance reminder that tomorrows Re:Zero episode should be the “Memory Snow” OVA. (And ironically fitting that this ep was a character driven story in One Piece, and the OVA is equally character driven!~) Fun fact about this ep though, since the anime doesn’t do fillers anymore, you can probably imagine that Senor Pinks story was in the manga as well. The thing is: it wasn’t supposed to be. There’s a couple of sources about this, but the gist of it is that Oda was in a meeting with his editor at the time, and the conversation they had went something like this: - Editor: By the way: that gangster that you decided to dress up as a baby for a joke, did you ever come up with an idea about why he would dress that way? - Oda: Yeah, I kinda had this thought that it was what his dead kid wore, and he dresses that way cause it makes his wife smile after they lost their son. - Editor: Dude, thats absolutely brilliant! You’re going to be drawing that backstory in the next few chapters right? - Oda: Oh, I wasn’t going to put it in the manga. It’s just an idea I came up with, and this arcs already going on for quite a bit, and it’s not like it’s the most important backstory anyway. - Editor: That wasn’t a question, I am telling you right now, you are going to place that story in the manga, because I guarantee people are going to love it. And thats why Senor Pinks backstory is part of the anime and not just a blurb in the back of some databook somewhere 😊

Yea, i thought so too lol If it was Doffy fighting Luffy and something happened sure, but this is not that crazy of a cliffhanger lol

Dont cry, Dont cry, Dont cry :((

Senor Pink is probably the most interesting subordinate of Doflamingo, his backstory is short but really deep. Baby 5 is cool too. It's always crazy how Oda makes us like some random/weird characters just by giving them a little background lol.

You misinterpreted the princess lol She actually is very nice like everyone says, she just acts a little different with Leo for romantic reasons and he's too dense to get it so she gets mad, so in his head she's horrible.

AccordingToLucky

Yea, i got it later when that other fairy said it, but i was too lazy to comment on it so i kept it pushing lmao But initially i did get it wrong lmao

xD yeah I get it! That’s why I didn’t back the people asking you for an extra episode! Let's be reasonable That said, I really liked your comment about how impossible it was for Russian to verify where Senor Pink worked. One Piece is inspired by the Age of Piracy—the 17th century. If a man wanted to lie to his wife (a housewife) about his job, he could. Especially if he claimed to be working far away. Sure, the One Piece universe has Den Den Mushi, but why would she have doubted a husband who treated her so well? In the end, she only called the bank because she was desperate and wanted him to come home and help with the baby. The real question is: "Why didn't Senor Pink give Russian a Den Den Mushi so she could call him if there was a problem?" Did he not want to risk her hearing gunshots? What an idiot. BUT he's the best Don Quixotte family member! Doffy > Senor Pink > Baby 5 > Vergo > Sugar and then the rest........ Yeah Pica is funny because of his voice but that's it
