Zoro hasn't beaten Pica yet because Oda tends to take out enemies in order of strength. Pica is the second-strongest member of Doffy's crew, so Zoro (Luffy's second-in-command) has to defeat him before Luffy faces the opposing captain. And since all the fights in each arc usually start at the same time, it always makes it seem like Sanji (it's Kyros in Dressrosa) and Zoro are taking forever to finish off their opponents, while Luffy is being artificially held back elsewhere just so he can be the last one to win. It was the same at Arlong Park, Alabasta and Enies Lobby.

Ngl the bellamy pacing is the one making the most mad, I like him as a character but we should have taken him off the playing field 15 eps ago. Defeating one executive an episode I can live with, I like seeing the crews individual fights. The Pica one should have ended too I guess they just wanted to save the top executives to be defeated last

Im so excited for what comes, now, and umm... everything. The next arcs are gonna be INSANE except one... :D even the exception has crazy fights and story but there is a big annoying thing there :)))
