Since, I don't have much to say about this episode, here's a fun fact about Sakazuki that I learned a while ago: Sakazuki speaks in the Hiroshima dialect of Japanese, which is a dialect commonly associated in Japan with yakuza, and it's also the same dialect that Gamabunta (the chief toad of Mount Myoboku from Naruto) speaks in the original dub of Naruto.

You’re right about Bonney (The pink-haired pirate girl). She was captured by Akainu after gettibg caught initially by Blackbeard and we havent seen her since. Except that Oda did mention in the real-world time between when the timeskip happened and this part released that she had “escaped from Marine custody”, and that is all he has ever said on the topic, so youre guess is as good as anyone elses lol. (But yeah, its been ages since shes been aroubd, but we saw during the Saboady arc that her power can change the age of herself or other people. She defeated an entire marine battalion with that power) As for Fujitora… I thought about explaining it now but considering that, despite what you might be thinking, the arc isn’t actually going to be over for another *10 MORE EPISODES!* I think I’ll wait a little bit longer to discuss exactly what Fujitora was thinking and what he meant by what he said lol. Theres still more for these characters to do after all XD

I love the conversation between Akainu and Fujitora! It’s classic One Piece at its best! Fujitora became a new Marine Admiral at the age of 52. He doesn't share the background of the previous admirals, who joined the Navy in their youth. It seems he lived a life close to the downtrodden before accepting the World Government's offer, and that’s precisely what makes his perspective so interesting. He's aware of the limitations imposed by the institution, yet he's willing to put his status on the line whenever he can restore the Navy's honor—even knowing he might face a reprimand from his superiors. He is courageous, brings a fresh outlook despite his age, and isn't bound by institutional groupthink—plus, the World Government can't simply fire him (his power is too rare, and they need stability). Even so, it's clear that Akainu is not truly aligned with the views of the Five Elders. Now that he's Fleet Admiral, the character has become more complex. He joined the Navy to uphold justice AND destroy piracy—certainly not to act as a bootlicker for the World Government. That's why he appears to understand Fujitora's perspective by the end. He demands the heads of Luffy and Law because he is adamant about avoiding any impression that the Navy is colluding with certain pirates; yet, he knows Fujitora is right regarding the World Government and the Shichibukai.

Sakazuki and Hibari was the only 2 speak that dialect, father and daughter?

Cipher Poll respond to the Gorosei, not the other way around. He simply meant, that they left the 'Doflamingo situation' up to their discretion, i.e. do what you want about that. Not that Cipher Poll ordered them to let them do it. The 5 Gorosei sit at the top and represent the top of the WG.
