You will learn more about sea prism crafting in the future :)

Is it just me who think the post arc stuff is some of the best stuff in one piece? That’s always when we get new massive information about what’s happening in the rest of the one piece world, massive lore dumps and big reveals and usually even new bounties. Like now that the main dressrosa stuff is over what goodies will be revealed now before we move on to the next arc??

Yes! I agree! WE GER TONS OF LORE AND SO MUCH MORE! BEST PART IS AFTER THE MAIN EVENT!

I'd tell you why Usopp can't just have sea prism bullets, but that would be considered a spoiler.

These last episodes before the arc ends are always so damn good. There's always a lot of information in them. One of my favorite aspects of One Piece is that although we always follow Luffy and the crew, Oda never forgets that there is a lot going on everywhere else, which makes the One Piece world feel alive and more realistic.

I completely agree. These episodes are top tier.

It’s often said that Oda excels at writing flashbacks. But he’s also great at handling transitions between arcs—those moments where the world moves forward, driven either by the Straw Hats' actions or by major global powers (like top-tier pirates or the World Government). As for Sabo, amnesia following the Celestial Dragon's attack was the only plausible explanation for why he never tried to reunite with his brothers. Yet, there's still a problem. Ace became the commander of Whitebeard's Second Division—he wasn't just a nobody! So, how is it possible that Sabo never saw a single wanted poster for Ace? Or that Ace never heard of Sabo—the Revolutionary Army's second-in-command—given that Sabo also made a name for himself and rose to prominence very quickly? Lol, the answer is simply that Oda likely conceived the character of Sabo during the Marineford arc (or shortly before), so some details don't quite add up.

Bro This is all filler compared to what comes later.

I think your theory is really good about the prism bullet, but don't underestimate how strong some people are with Observation, it's possible they would dodge last second. But still, from far enough away he could shoot multiple times and it would be difficult to dodge regardless. The only problem is making it, sea prism is considered basically the hardest material there is, it's actually really difficult for the marines to make a few handcuffs, most of them are normal handcuffs. And you need specialist equipment to work with the material, as well as a way to obtain sea prism which is very rare. The ship probably doesn't have that. But if Usopp found a way to buy some sea prism, and the equipment to make his slingshot bullets with them, then yeah, it would be powerful from a distance.
