So this is a personal spell jar I made recently and I thought I would share it with you! This might be a little TMI, but someone else might be in the same position, so it could possibly help! Lately I haven't been feeling confident with intimacy and just kind of "blah" in general about it. I created this spell jar to promote joy, passion, increased confidence and passion in intimacy and romance.

Ingredients:

Salt  - cleansing, protection

Rose petals - love, aphrodisiacs, anti anxiety, passion

Cinnamon - increase sexual desire, sexual boost, passion, healing

Chili powder - spice things up, boost libido

Ginger - warm the senses and get stagnant energy moving, arousal, confidence

Rosemary - healing, protective

Cloves - intensify libido, protection, clarity, love

Cayenne pepper - stimulation, spice things up, remove obstacles

Cacao Powder - heighten feelings of joy and pleasure

Ashwagandha - helps with anxiety

Nutmeg - cause arousal but also has a calming effect

Lavender - Increase attraction, helps with anxiety

Garnet - low libido, physical intimacy, creativity, love

Citrine - Joy and pleasure in sex

Carnelian - Increase sexual drive and passion

Black pepper - Protection

Steps:

1.) Cleanse your jar or container you chose to use

2.) Place each ingredient (You can add or omit as many of them as you'd like) while thinking and reflecting about each intention every one brings.

3.) Infuse your container with your energy and seal with red wax for passion, love and romance.

4.) Keep under your bed, on a nightstand or shelf near you.

Notes:

A couple of notes from my personal experience creating this jar. I used a chime candle to light on top of my spell jar thinking the melt was going to melt on to my jar. It didn't. It was my first time trying to seal a spell jar that way so I didn't know that it doesn't really melt too well on to it. I ended up using a different red candle instead.

When I melted the bottom of the chime candle to stick on to the cork of the jar, I noticed that it started to look black. Of course there is probably a mundane or scientific explanation for this but I looked into what seeing black on your candle wax means and it means that there may be some obstacles with my intention. I think I already knew this and that some shadow work may need to get involved.
