(The voice from the future says:) Alright Colonel, as requested... you have met all mission criteria three times now (three green check marks) but all three times you've failed the mission when you've passed through 100km. This is a sub-orbital mission and you keep achieving orbit. The 90km-100km mark is not a waypoint, it is your flight envelope. The engines simply had to be active inside the envelope. Now to see if you figure this out in the fullness of time.
