I'm going to wrap up (pause?) Prison Architect in a couple of episodes time. What would you like to see as its replacement? In this first stage suggest any and all games, I'll then work up a shortlist for voting purposes.

Not so much a series and probably a game you wouldn't like but I did wonder if The Coin Game would make for one of your One and Done games. Basically a simulator of those ticket redemption arcades with added go karts and laser tag. Very left field from your normal stuff but I think the various games with weird robots and golf karts to drive around in would suit your comedy commentary. It is a very enjoyable dabble if you like that kind of thing but probably torture if you don't.

Three suggestions from me: (1) The Sims - I think a CF take on it would be cool, (2) Football Manager, (3) A sports game where you do a 'career mode', i.e. we get to follow the development of a CF protagonist from rookie through to superstar - frankly I don't think the choice of sport would matter, the concept would be much the same whatever.

The Sims would work well with the CF Characters and the Colonel loosing his patience with them would make for good viewing.

I have to say, The Sims completely turns me off as a suggestion. I would suggest 80 Days as a left-field choice - its a narrative game so would involve quite a lot a reading, but would fit perfectly in the "video that you can listen to without having to constantly watch the screen" space that I sense the Colonel is trying to fill

A playthrough of stellaras could be interesting. Or a continuation of the Disco tent in frostpunk could be fun too

I had a look at some of the games I have to see if any of them might be fun for you to play. Here's three that may work. First in line is Founder's Fortune... just remembered that one and had to add it. Next would be... 1. Academia (build a school and have your students not pee in the bushes); 2. Guild 3 (there are so many ways to play this one); 3. Oxygen Not Included (this would be my last choice but it could be fun to watch how you play it). I would also really enjoy seeing how you play The Sims.

I'd like to see CF take a stab at the New Cities alpha (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/new-cities#/). Same-day access to the alpha is still available at the $15 tier. So far I've only seen videos of people just doing a single “impressions” video— I think a short series from CF could really dive into the interesting dynamics they're touting (and maybe provide useful CF-opinionated feedback to help the dev round out the game into a great final release!)

Oxygen not included seems like a good pick. I'd happily watch you torture some Sims too, though... Building a factory for them to ensure eternal suffering.
