Also yeah this intro went hard for the feels of anyone who knows what’s coming. And I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that they’re planning about five seasons of Vox Machina total, although Mighty Nein season 1 will be next and omfg it’s such a good time to be a critter!

After the video that dropped on their channel today, it makes sense that this was delayed. I'm sure the strikes had something to do with it, but then Sam's health (if you haven't seen it, watch the video) had to have played a part. :( I don't think this is the last season. In fact, I don't think this is the last season for the Chroma Conclave. We still have 4 major "boss fights" to finish - 3 dragons and Ripley. Plus more vestiges to find. That's way too much to fit in one season. There will probably be 4 3-episode arcs. I can see two ways they can deal with this, depending on how much drama they want to leave us with for next season. My prediction (I'll keep the references vague to try and avoid spoilers): Marquet (not a spoiler - Kaylie mentioned she was going there last season, and we saw her in the teaser) Ripley "Jazzhands"/vestige (they weren't connected in the campaign, but I think it's a natural connection for the show) Vorugal Alternatively: Jazzhands/Vestige Vorugal Marquet Ripley I think the first is more likely, because it keeps a few things in this season that I think the season needs to pad out the content. But I can see them doing it the 2nd way too, which is a bit closer to how the campaign actually went.

I love how this video went off into a completely random tangent! 😁 It was quite the journey as well, from seeing it as a meme, then mocking the show, to acknowledgment of the seriousness of the actual subject matter underneath and landing at genuine appreciation of the performance!

Not familiar with the show but the animation looks nice. Tangent into Saved By The Bell was pretty great. I wasn't the biggest fan of the original except maybe a crush on Elizabeth Berkeley but I did like the reboot that was on for I think sadly only two seasons.
